This group features nothing but background characters and characters who've had one or two major appearances throughout the show's run. As such, I'm surprised at how the results are going with regards to who is dominating. I'm going to put my vote towards Fancy Pants on account of his voice being so cool and the fact that he's a member of the elite who doesn't act like the others do.

So we just gave Jeff a shot in the Wildcard for his group, and now Burnt Oak is doing well. It's like an MLP Cohen Brothers weekend!

As we start wrapping up the first leg of the qualification round, now would be a good time to start considering what team you might back in when the World Cup proper starts. I've yet to introduce the specifics, but following the Wildcard Round, and when all 32 teams are selected, there will be a few mechanics introduced that will give fans of characters some control over their team of choice. 

As far as this group, looks like we are just a few minutes away from results and the next group.

RESULTS

 

The mustache bros (Burnt Oak and Fancy Pants) tied for first which puts them on a World Cup team. Gotta love random draws! Well ... until Group 29.

 

Berry Punch looks to be a favorite to join then too. Man what a drinking team that would be. Campaign, cocktails, and whiskey?
