I mean I try to, but by naps tend to turn into full on sleep sessions. 

Like last night. Got up at around 2pm. Felt sleepy and took a nap around 6pm. 

Woke up at 5am. How's that for a nap?

Nope. Naps feel like a waste of time to me, and they also disrupt my fragile sleep schedule. I dislike sleep in general. We could get so much more done if we never needed to sleep and never felt tired.

I have something called coffee and monster energy drinks. So no I'm too caffeinated to sleep let alone nap. Imagine it must be nice though but no I rarely have time for a nap I do nap occasionally well not nap more like lay my weary head and try to get some shut eye.

I probably should take naps as I'm pretty permanently tired but I can't because I have bad insomnia and have a difficult enough time sleeping at night, trying to sleep during the day would be impossible.
