Through the crowd of chatty people that Frostbite was glaring at would emerge a rather pink pony with a bow on her neck. Pink! What a friendly color. Frostbite would probably hate this pony. But she seemed clueless enough not to notice. On her head had a platter of hors d'oeuvres (haha horse pun?) and she tried to balance them while looking up. "Umm ummm ummm...  would you be interested in a dish?" A tiny little pink parasprite would flutter over to Frostbite @Cagey as it did anypony that Rosy Blossom would speak to. 
"I'm sure your match will arrive here soon enough..." (hint hint... @abrony-mouse ) 
 "In the meantime, have some cake."

Frostbite looked at the dessert as though it had personally offended him, and when the parasprite got too close, he growled at it. "I don't eat... cake," he said, snout scrunching up. "And do I look like I'm waiting for somepony? Because I'm not. I don't care."

His restlessly flicking ears and swishing tail told a different story.

He would never call himself nervous, but his brain was running a mile a minute, trying to size up everypony and determine their strengths and weaknesses. I hate ponies, he told himself, not for the first time; they were annoying, smiling, happy creatures, and they were getting along with each other when he couldn't, and he hated when others could do things he couldn't. It twisted his insides in a way he was sure was anger.

He took the cake anyway.

Pastel hopped up with Silkys arrival. "Hiya! Look look! I'm here! I got this card thing! I don't even know if it's supposed to be mine but here I am!" Pastel was doing what you absolutely shouldn't do in a fancy dress, but such was the fillies nature. "This old thing? My dad told me it's 'totally in' in Canterlot, whatever that means... But for now, I have business, if you catch my Drift, mwehehe~" she winked and flipped around in an almost mechanical way.

She turned to Comp, looking up at him with a look like theres was something she really needed from him. Peake adorable look. Could this be... A confession!?

"Sir Comp... I just... really wanted to know if..."

The background ponies, if any would be watching may be looking with wide eyes...

"...Can you hold my stuff? It's only minor luggage!" She took off her saddlebag and threw it on Comp. For an earth pony, it wouldnt be too much, but for him, maybe it would be a little much... It's just a Gamecolt but it has WAY too many accessories! "Thanks!" She waved and zipped away in a pink blue without another word.

She was now freely taking in the place, seeing what she can eat, drink, find a place for song and dance, and then...

Bumped into a certain @Astral Soul from the back! So hard she ended up a little dizzy. "Uwawawa~" she stumbled with swirls in her eyes, dropping her card in the process. Whoever she got the card from... That was definitely him on it. Wowser.

Cali seeing the mouse stop, is sadly a little too slow to stop herself, however instead of hitting Silverspark, her head lightly collides with the table the mouse stops in front of. As she brings her hoof up to rub her head, she looks around and sees Silverspark "Oh, Hi there"

The garden maze was the first thing that caught her interest, as it was full of exotic plants. It was a good occasion to utilize her special talent. For an outside observer, it sounded like she was humming softly to herself, but actually she was communicating with the plants. Only she could hear their answers to the song, and hearing them made her happy. The plants were well maintained, and all their needs were fulfilled.

When she was done exploring the maze, she headed towards the areas where the ponies gathered, looking for her match, @Astral Soul.

@Tree Song

As usual he was brewing some new tea from plants he found. The plants have nit been new to him, but he always combined them in new ways and proportions to create new blend of teas. While he experimented with his latest tea project he made some detailed notes that even Twilight would impressed. He was so in his mixing and experimenting that he did not notice that Tree Song was looking for him. Which was a good thing thing because he was much to shy to have a conversation

The crowd was staring wide eyed? Silky's own eyes were rather alarmed as she watched Pastel stack her backs upon Comp like that. "Oh.. uhh lovely I uhh.." but then she'd realize exactly what was happening here. A typical fatherly-daughter dynamic, she couldn't help but giggle. Seeing Astral gather the plants for tea, she couldn't help but giggle and look his way. "Oh! Pastel! You dropped something." Picking up the card, she'd see that Pastel Heart's match was @Astral Soulhimself. "How absolutely charming! Have you two met? Astral? This is Pastel. Pastel, Astral." With a bright and happy beam.

And as if some comedic irony with destiny, when Frostbite had scowled at Rosy to the point of scaring her off with "Do I LOOK like I'm waiting for someone?!" someone would indeed be running away -- far far away -- it was a cloaked pony bumping into Frostbite. "Oh! S-sorry!" This little pony would say. "But I ask that you run! I said her name and I've summoned her! She's literally around here somewhere. Just don't say the name Magloria! @Props ValRoaand with that the cloaked pony would take its leave in a hurry!

Frostbite stared after the cloaked pony. On the one hoof, he refused to listen to some random pony's orders. On the other hoof, he wasn't sure of the nature of the threat.

Magloria would wander into sight - looking around. She wasn't at all sure what was going on her. Her demeanor wasn't like the other ponies. Her expression was more of passive scorn rather than the other happy ponies who were around. Yet, she didn't bother anyone and let them do their thing. Magloria saw Frostbite, her cold eyes looking him over as if analyzing his emotions and appearance.

At that moment, he felt a presence -- somepony was watching him, scrutinizing him like fish at a market, hunting for blight. A feeling he knew well. There, among the crowd, he made eye contact with her: an icy blue-gray pony with an equally icy stare. He knew immediately, This is the threat. This is a pony who thinks she can stand with alicorns.

He had to be stronger than her. He was a threat, not her. He had to fight against anything she threw at him.

Magloria would walk up to him. Something about him stuck out among all the others here. She had no idea what she was doing here, to be frank. It looked a lot like a party...and she was never one for parties at all. She could leave, easily. But something about Frostbite caught her eye. She strolled up to him suddenly - looking to him in the eyes.
 

"I have no idea what any of this is - or how I got here. Could you enlighten me?" Magloria would ask him, her words were cold.

Frostbite's eyes narrowed. "You don't know how you got here? Sure. Go bother that pink pegasus about it. She's the one running this poor excuse for a function." He looked Magloria over critically. "Didn't you get one of those eye-searing invitations?"

"That's actually a good question, Silky would ponder for a moment. "This is why you two are matched as a friend-ship, I think it would do well to get to know each other as friends and with time, we shall see how things bloom." She'd now smile at Pastel. "You have no idea how much I've missed you!" She'd take a floral crown and put it in @Pastel Heart's hair. "You look as beautiful as ever!"

Silverspark;the little filly hearing @Princess Silky's name a few times she reconized it her ears twitched and look over to the grown ups one pony particular  not sure why but noticed a unicorn said something about Silky made her mind wonder of @magloria kept her distance for some reason

Your daughter?! The surprise didn't show on his face, carefully concealed, but Frostbite could see @Princess Silky flitting about merrily in the corner of his eye, and it was hard to believe the statement. Maybe she'd meant the other pink pegasus, or maybe not -- either way, it didn't matter. He couldn't allow himself to be distracted.

He nodded stiffly. "I don't concern myself with them."

There was a large crowd of ponies near the food tables, which wasn't exactly making Tree Song feel comfortable. But they all seemed very nice... Well, maybe there were a few exceptions, but the majority of them definitely did. Looking at the faces and comparing them to the picture in her invitation, she found the one she was paired with. He was talking to another pony, and Tree Song didn't want to interrupt them, but as soon as they finished talking, she addressed him politely.

"Are you Astral Soul? I believe we were matched together in this event here..."

He does look pretty handsome, Tree Song thought.

Her features would suddenly becoming more stern as she'd narrow her eyes with intolerance before speaking firmly "Oh, you must be a friend of Frostbites--" suddenly lifting her gaze up to see Wolf Track's features and noticing her immediately from the letter.

Her eyes would suddenly glisten with returned glee. "Oh!! You're the match of---!!" She'd then turn to see @Dark Horse not too far away and her eyes would glisten brightly. "Come! Come! You two must meet!" She'd giggle and make her way towards the dashingly darling dark horse.

Meanwhile, Caramel would begin to walk around the gathering, trying to see if she could find the stallion known as @Dynamo Pad. Still using her magic to levitate her drink while sipping on it, she'd walk around and would soon hear the familiar voice of one of her closest friends, @Princess Silky. She'd look over in her direction to see a blue unicorn stallion talking to Star Silk and would smile a little, recollecting the description that was given to her about him. "That looks pretty spot on from what Starry told me about him, he's kind of cute" she would think to herself as she'd shyly wait to be seen.

“Ah! Good. Good to meet you, Skylight! I’m glad I picked the right pony. Yes, I do believe we are meeting tonight. At least that’s what my invitation says.” He replies hurriedly, due to his nervousness. “Umm, cupcakes? Sure, nothing wrong with those! I don’t mind having one from time to time. My sister’s the one that’s big on sweets, though. Her name is Midnight...” He trails off, straining to find anything useful to contribute to the conversation.

He then notices @Dynamo Pad and whatever small shreds of social skills he has tells him that he should try to include him in the conversation. But then more ponies started showing up and talking to Dynamo, Skylight, and amongst themselves. Nebel, being the shy and quiet pony that he was, couldn’t do much else other than stand there awkwardly and watch things play out.

Silverspark;panicked  for one no pony held her in a long time but she hid her horn and wings under the hoodie she is wearing as she don't  under stand what @princesssilky is trying to do as her eyes looked at @Props ValRoaand the other ponies around with her tail over her hooves

RC was just about to got meet up with @Dynamo Pad and @Sir Hugsalot along with @Sycofear13, when he noticed the mare that the invitation wanted him to meet. "Actually, you go on ahead, I think I just found the pony I'm supposed to be looking for." RC said to @Sycofear13 before heading towards @Sophie H.

As more guests had made their appearances known, Dynamo had looked towards seeing a light green unicorn, who had sported a blue and gray hat and a black jacket. He had recalled meeting this unicorn somewhere, but where? Thinking back, a moment of realization had hit him as he recalled a younger unicorn with the same hat. "Excuse me, but I hope you don't mind me asking. Are you by any chance Reality Check? I seem to recall meeting a pony like you back when I visited a place called Friendshire."

As Reality made his way over towards someone, Dynamo looked towards the mare and gasped. It was then that the mare in question turned out to be his friend, Sophie. "Sophie!? I can't believe it. It's been a little while since I last saw you. I remember meeting you for the first time after meeting up with Silky." He would say, giving Sophie a hug, before giving her room to talk to Reality. "How have you been and what have you been up to?" He asks, before looking towards @Sir Hugsalot, who had also joined the group. Taking a look up and down to take his appearance in, Dynamo gasped once more as he realized who this stallion was. "Wait a minute. I hope you don't mind me asking, but are you Vibrant Grove? I remember hearing all about you from Silky as she never stopped talking about you. It's so great to meet you in person."

Smiling, he looked around at all the guests and the faces that started becoming familiar to him. Continuing to look around, his eyes stopped as he thought someone had been looking at him. Turning to the pony, he was met by a chocolate mare with blonde, brown and gray mane and tail. Her attire consisted of a black parka, purple socks, black rimmed glasses and three piercings in her ear. To say that she was cute was a complete understatement. To Dynamo, she stood out from everyone as he was simply starstruck. A slight blush slowly dusted his cheeks as there was this sort of aura around her that wanted him to approach. Feeling nervous, he looked towards the friends he was talking to. "Uh...h-hey guys? I hope you can excuse me. There's someone I want to try and meet." He'd say, before making his way over towards the chocolate mare.
