Vanilla, and sometimes mint chocolate chip. If we're talking Ben and Jerrys then it's got to be Caramel Chew Chew.

I don't eat ice cream because it's unhealthy, but I have TRIED a lot. The one that stuck out the most is green tea ice cream. Man, is it DELICIOUS!

As for ice cream, I'm not a huge fan. I think it's kinda gross honestly. If I were to choose one though, it would probably be vanilla because you can mix it with other stuff without getting flavor overload.
