It's a song that will strike you in the feels, deeply.

 

Basically, my OC had a crappy past, which he finds out could have been avoided if he wasn't such a punk. So, after he comes to realize his mistake his life motto becomes "There is nothing forcing me to a bitter end."

It represents how her subjects view her as this almost holy figure, a force that time and time again rises to the occasion, now matter what horrible setback she suffers. It also represents her stance against Celestia, how she will undo her false reign, reclaim her throne, return Equestria to her subjects and bring justice for all those ponies that suffered that day over 1000 years ago.

 

For Proxy

This represents how his life for a thousand years has been fueled by the loss, of when Dusk was defeated by Celestia & Luna, and he could do nothing to stop it. All he could do was obey her orders: "evacuate Everfree. Get my subjects to safety. Make sure our empire continues on" and look away as she fell from the skies into enemy hooves. Now he secretly leads a sorrowful and bitter nation established on Equestria's fringes, keeping her legacy alive, and preparing for the day they all avenge her.
