How To Animate Ponies?

How Does one animate the My Little Ponies series just like the show? Well I know that Adobe Flash 8 Is the top program used along with other 3rd party programs. So if anybody here could help me out by telling me these other programs that would be as great as getting into the

Unfortunately, I have no experience with Flash or any similar programs. However, if you are interested in how certain sequences are animated, this one gentleman on youtube has made several videos on breaking down the animation from the show. I think I'll just try really hard to find a training center that has classes on flash CS 6, the tools and interface looks way too complex.

OneyNG did some pretty awesome tutorials, they helped me out a lot with getting the gist of Adobe Flash.

It's got a bit of swearing and shizz but it's pretty good XD

Yeah, look up some tutorials on the internet. You'll eventually get the hang of it, just takes a while to get to know all the tools and how flash works.

So why are you guys using flash 8 instead of cs 6? what are the differences between the versions? is it necessary to use aftereffects for all the special effects?

Thanks for the flash tuts everyone! But I was also looking for any other things they used besides Flash, If anybody knows that is. I believe that khaine 21x3 mentioned that they use Adobe AfterEffects for the special effects?
