Huge Warcraft nerd. I love getting into the lore of the world. There so much of it. I think I've been playing for 8 years now? I started about a month before the first expansion came out.

I was a huge Lego fan about 8 years ago....until erm...5 years later I entered the so-called "Dark Ages" that people always referred to .

Not as deep in with these as I am with MLP It feels strange reading fanfics about these shows and forums for the games because I feel like it's a lot of OOC .. That and MLP is far more creative job terms of fan made things and it goes a lot deeper and your able to form bonds with multi colored ponies and people alike, everything else just doesn't have that spark

I'm not really too invested in fandoms for the most part. Nowadays, I'm only marginally a part of this one. It has something to do with the fact that the things that have the biggest fandoms are about things I'm not very enthusiastic about. For instance, even though I am interested in anthropomorphic creatures, (known as "furries," but I hate using that name because it's ridiculously stupid sounding) I don't really get along well in the furry fandom. Not only because I'm not very enthusiastic, but I also don't like the majority of anthros. They have to be done just right for me to actually approve of them.

 

Also, I don't like to talk about the media I love with others because I feel their opinions will color and flavor the purity of mine. I'm kind of not really a fandom-type person due to these factors. I often only join forums such as this one moreso using the fandom as an excuse to interact with others and be a part of a community rather than being an enthusiast who cares deeply about the subject.

 

The most other involved fandom I've been with is Pokemon due to being on a forum for that. I care about it more so than ponies, but I still wasn't a super enthusiast. Of course, it helps that everyone else on that forum wasn't a super enthusiast either. I'm still involved with it by keeping up with other peoples' opinions and actually discussing it with other fans, but once again, not a super fan.

 

Nowadays, I'm looking into getting in with the Xeno fandom of Xenogears/saga/blade (once I play Xenoblade, but since a character from it has gotten in Smash, it should be more prominent) because that is something I'm actually enthusiastic about. Extremely so. It's a very small fanbase and kind of hard to find though.

 

Also, anime. I haven't watched very much of that, and I'm trying to get into that fanbase as well. It depends on how enthusiastic I become about the shows, but I'm very enthusiastic about the art style at least.

I don't play Minecraft or Pokemon much anymore, but I'm still a fan. I guess I'm also a fan of almost every Cartoon Network cartoon. The Adventure Time and Gumball fandoms are pretty nice.
