What is Your Favorite Music Genre?

The main types of music I listen to right now are horrorcore type rap (Funk Volume, Pleasantville Killerz, OFWG, The Jokerr, and Tech N9ne) and some metal (All Shall Perish, DevilDriver, Killswitch Engage, Metallica and DethKlok) and other stuff like Serj Tankian, Linkin Park, Gorillaz, and BFMV.

Everyone has different opinions and must respect others, but other than that, my favorite would be soft rock, maybe a bit of techno, hard rock, heavy metal, power/symphonic metal (my favorite) and symphonic music too and some old school and classic music.

Punk Blues and Art Rock, PJ Harvey and Nick Cave are my favorite artist. I have been listen to some dubstep lately but I don't really count it as a favorite to much because I only listen to Ponystep

Because I feel as if everypony here would vote dubstep because of the immense amount of dubstep pmv there are. And I am feeling slightly retarded for missing those genres, hopefully it won't be that big of a problem.

I guess I just phrased is badly, I wanted to know people's opinion outside of mlp, but people would just opt-in for dubstep regardless, it was the only way, Imma so sorry I have left out your option.

Meh, Drum and Bass isn't on the poll. I would go with Electro, since it's also an EDM genre, but It would be classifying the two together pretty loosely.

As much as I like electroswing, it is just a sub-genre of electronic music and jazz/swing music.

 

Anyways for me it's a close one between classical, rock and electronic music.

New wave, Pop, Rock, Ska, Synthpop, Power Pop, Hard Rock to name ones I can remember

 

80's of course, best era of music pretty much. Before they started using autotune and after the synth evolved in the late 70's.
