Hello everypony, i create this thread to see how you can compare your favorite pony with any videogame character based mainly in her/his personality (it doesn't matter if your pony is female and the character is male) and appereance

They both seem to be pretty nice but too many good things can cause problems? (Rarity getting wings in Sonic Rainboom and Wheatley...well..)

 

They can both overreact.

 

It's pretty hard here...I like their voices.

Let's see here, comparing Rainbow Dash to the magnificent 1983 GMC Vandura from Forza Motorsport 4?

 

Well, Rainbow's got four legs, the van's got four tires.

They're both radical, and awesome, and cool, and groovy etc. etc.

They're both capable of blistering speeds.

Both are reliable.

If you have a problem, if no one else can help, they're there for ya.

Rainbows. Due to its incredible gas mileage and state-of-the-art emission control systems, the Vandura practically shits them.

Loyalty. Vanduras will protect their owners to the very end.

Both have levels of badassery that cannot be matched.

Both are capable of flight.

Flitter V.S. Sly Cooper. I dont know... thats a hard one. Sly Cooper was the very first video game I have ever played. "Sly Cooper 3: Honor Among Thieves." Then later i got my new favorite video game, "Sly Cooper 2: Band of Thieves. Then i got the first one, "Sly Cooper and the Thievious Raccoonus." But, Flitter is also so cool. So hard to choose. But overall, I think I choose Sly in style of living. In design, i go with Flitter. her mane appeals to me a lot. And overall, I choose Sly. Sly's video game was so fun! I still play it to this day and hope to get Sly 4 really soon. Good day!

Hmm, Fluttershy to Midna from The Legend of Zelda: Of Monsters and Men?
 

Well, for starters, Fluttershy is a pony, and Midna is an imp thingy. Fluttershy is pink and yellow, and Midna is mostly black, white, orange, and blue. Midna has a humanoid body type, and Fluttershy has an equine body type.

 

Midna is sarcastic and a bit mean, but has a sweet side. Fluttershy is kind and sweet, but can have a temper.

 

Overall, they are VERY different.

Twilight and Wright. Well, you can see them interact easily enough in Turnabout Storm, so they can't be too different. Both clever, collected, knowledgable, and respectable. I'd say they're pretty alike.

- Both are very cocky and arrogant

- Both think they're the best and are determined to provie it

- Both don't want to deal with bullshit in the end of the day(Rainbow Dash and Lightning Dust's recklessness, Travis and the UAA rankings(especially after the Alice fight) for example)

- They're both awesome

Think about it. They both can travel through time (If you've played Ocarina of Time you know what I mean.). They both have a legendary weapon (Okay, the sonic screwdriver may not be considered "legendary"... We're going for mediocre here.). And they both have a person following them constantly.

Normally I cannot pick a favorite pony or character from a game but for the sake of this thread I'll pick two specific ones.

 

Rarity:

 

 

Brad Evans (Wild Arms 2):

 

 

They couldn't be more polarized. lmao

 

Rarity loves beauty above all else but knows how to be generous to those who are less fortunate....sometimes. She boasts a spectacular sense of style and attention to detail even while preoccupied with other tasks or thoughts.

 

Brad is a war hero turned criminal due to bad politics and worse officials. After being sprung from a cruel for-life prison meant to keep him until he died of old age he joined a group that was making an attempt at solving the world's problems while standing as a neutral state. Often selfless but with the experience of a condemned soldier behind him he stands as the backbone for many of the party's decisions and knows to keep his cool when he's accused of being a spy for a terrorist organization!

They're both ambitious and morally-inclined. Badass go-getters whow always keep their loyalties in mind and never forget their friends. They aren't afraid to get dirty when the situation calls for it, and will stop at nothing to achieve what they set out to do.

 

They also both have ambiguously-defined sexualities and are typically shipped with absolutely everyone, but that's just coincidence...

-They are both gentle as can be, given the right circumstances.

-They're both prone to violent mood swings

-Neither will ever be the aggressor, and both prefer to stay out of conflict altogether.

-They're both at least a little socially awkward(especially on first dates).

Pinkie Pie and Maya Fey. Oh, this is an easy one.

 

- Both absolutely love having fun.

- Both act with upbeat personalities

- Both keep their optimism when they have someone to be optimistic for

- Both absolutely love food

- Both follow around someone in blue

- Both can be a nuisance, but always have their hearts in the right place

- Both have gone through at least one case of severe depression

- Both have sibling-like characters of their own to take care of

- Both can come up with some extremely silly solutions to problems when things aren't too serious

- Both use a nickname for the person in blue that they follow around

- Both act very attatched to their friends, and get very hurt when they lose them

- Both are absolutely terrible at behaving properly around those of higher ettiquette.

- Both can be VERY spontaneous at times

 

... I know that "compare" also means stating differences... but maybe I'll edit those in later.

Rainbow dash & Jowee:

• Both brave and daring.
• Will do anything for there're friends.( Jowee went half way around the world to get Heather and Mari. Rainbow dash did a sonic rainboom for Rarity.) 
• Both have a cute paring.(Jowee/Mari Rd/Sorrin.)

Mari & Twi:

• Both love books.
• Both have a library of some sort.
• Both have a god-like figure with them.
• Both went to the dark side attest once.(Wilfre/Discord) 
• Both stand up for what's right.
