Had to go with my gut here and cast my vote for Sweetie Belle.  I love Shining Armor, but he hasn't seen nearly as much development as Sweetie Belle has, so apologies to my favorite BBBFF of the show, but I had to go with the squeakiest unicorn filly around.   

 

Squeakiest filly?  That's a weird way to describe her.

 

Well I couldn't very well say she's the cutest unicorn filly, because that honor obviously goes to Dinky.

Very interested to see how some of these groups turn out- with the most interesting possibly being Group H in my eyes.

As far as this first matchup goes, my vote went to Sweetie Belle, and though it was a tough decision, it looks like I'm with the majority so far on this one.

Thank you @Sterling Crimson! It's been an exciting start! It seems all the hard work and planning we've been doing is paying off! I want to take this moment to also thank all those others who have helped bring this to fruition! There's too many to remember right now, but I will speak with Sterling about listing everypony we know helped make this tournament a reality!

I'm trying to remain neutral as a commentator! haha It's my job! I am partial towards certain contestants, though I do not plan to reveal any of my votes! Besides, I did  say she was "loveable," didn't I? haha That's gotta count for something!
