This is a toss-up for me because I like both cake and pie.

 

However, I will only eat cake if it has frosting that ISN'T buttercream. Buttercream frosting is just gross.

So if it has that kind of frosting, then I won't eat it.

 

I like pie but it has to have streusel on top of it.

I know it's un-american, but I can't stand pie. The worst is any sort of fruit pie. I don't know why, but any sort of warm/cooked/soft fruit makes me gag. I hate it. Same with most cooked vegetables, actually.

 

But cake... I could eat endless cake. Chocolate is the best, but vanilla's great too. Now watch this clip.

I think my favourite cake is the traditional christmas cake, with dried fruits and icing

Apart form that, various chocolate cakes

 

As for pies...Apple & Blackberry pie is delicious!

 

 

but...What about tarts? A rhubarb tart is the best thing EVER!

Oh, and you should add coffee cake to the list. That would be my third, with the first being all chocolate and the second being chocolate with vanilla frosting.

Cake all the way.  I like vanilla cake and chocolate cake, but for some reason I don’t like chocolate icing. As for pies, the only ones I remember liking of those listed are blueberry and (I think) banana cream.

I've been to many weddings and happen to like the cake.

Plus if a food fight breaks out at the reception, I need the ultimate weapon to throw.
