My lucky number is 13. It just so happens a lot of lucky things have happened on that particular day in the past.

 

My favourite number is always changing, but right now, it's 1. It looks like such a simple number, but it has many useful applications. One of the most common lines of code across all my projects is something along the lines of i++; meaning i = i + 1. Everything is a multiple of one. Anything divided by 1 is itself. You can use 1 for unity conversion fractions. It's 50% of the binary system.

 

So yes, 1 is awesome.

3 has always been my favorite, but lately iv'e started to fall in love with 0. A number representing perfect balance ^^

 

I also like the number 2520. It is the first number that is dividable by all single digit numbers. I found it myself before goggling it and finding that more people had thought about it ^^

 

I also love the sequence 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192...    It is, just as the number 0, perfection.

One of my favorite anime characters (Itachi Uchiha) has the same birthday as me, so that makes me like the number even more.

 

Also, I've cosplayed Karkat Vantas before who has a sideways 69 on his shirt. (Cancer symbol.)

It happens to be 3 (I am the 333 user on a certain website, and my facebook profile URL has 33 on the end.

 

Another number I have grown accustomed to is 1137...I think I remember why it was "important"; something happened or was asked of me at 11:37pm.

I used to believe that my lucky number is 9, since my birth date (12/9/1990) has three nines in it.

 

However, I've noticed that on multiple choice tests, #9 seems to be the one question that stumps me, regardless of the subject matter.

 

Then I realized that I was probably magnifying the "unlucky" results, so the number was neither unlucky or lucky, so I stopped believing in them altogether.  (I'll admit that due to cultural factors, I still feel a bit uneasy about 13 and 666.)

I like even numbers above all else, and three-digit or more numbers that do not repeat a number.  (Which means I tend to get bored by numbers above 9,876,543,210.)    But all of this I've read is natural human bias.  Cases in point:  People tend to like symmetry, and one can tell whether a "random" number of a given number of digits was likely created by a computer or human by the number of times in a row that a certain digit number repeats.  (It's not quite the same thing, yes, but it does show that people tend to avoid repetition.)  

 

Curiously enough, I especially like the number 169, even though it is the square of 13 (although that may be part of the appeal).

Dunno why. When I create a acc for PS3, I use the same name as my brother, but that wouldn't work, so I need a number ... the first number in my head was 66, so my PS3-Acc Rewemarkt66 was born. I use it since then everywhere(Except here). I start to like the number, so it's my favourite number now^^

I like the number 11, because it's probably the most uniform odd number, and I can get pretty lucky with it I guess. I also like 7 because it rhymes 11. Oh and 64 of course too.
