Strange Things You Like to Eat

A lot of us have a special dish or beverage that we put together, eat/drink, and tastes great despite the fact that many people give you this face when you put it together:

 

I have a beverage like that. It's when I make chocolate milk with milk and chocolate syrup, add a teaspoon of instant coffee, and stir it thoroughly for a good while so all of the coffee mixes properly. It taste good, but my mother thinks it's weird. What about your eating/drinking habits? Do you have something similar to share?

My mom loves eating a pickle-banana-peanut butter sandwich. I often give her weird looks, but she loves it.

As for me, I don't think this is really weird, but the a few months ago my friends came over to my house and I made them tuna. They suddenly looked a bit grossed out. I asked them what's wrong, and they said: "Why does the tuna taste weird?"
At first, I thought it was expired or something but it turns out they don't put lemon on their tuna. But... it keeps away the fishy smell and gives it a good flavor?? I thought everyone ate it like that until that day.

I put pepper in my ketchup, which apparently a lot of people think it weird. My aunt in Sweden did it once when we were visiting so I tried it and I thought it was really good. So that's what I always do if places don't have fry sauce.

I ususally don't like to try new foods. Especially when they don't look good to me. It's a problem with me I guess.
The craziest thing I do with food, is just at McDonalds, I got a mcflurry of part M&M, Oreo, Fundge, Carmel. And then my soda was part root beer, dr peper, mellow yellow, and orange soda. I do like to mix soda which is why I did that. But food, that's probably the craziest thing I ever did. Boring me.

I can't really think of anything that's really weird that I eat, but green olives and pickles are definitely some of my favorite snacks.

People generally think I ate strange stuff, just because I love to experience with food and try out new stuff. Ok my taste is my not actually a standard taste, I also don’t like some stuff other people‘s may like and consider as normal. 

Ok strange stuff I like is for example natto, this is fermented soy beans, they are all slimy and sticky, and some people say it smells bad. (I don’t think to, but then I have a my smelling sense isn’t that good. I think maybe it smells like cheese, I think I smelled worser cheese, than natto smells.)  Anyway since it is slimy and looks weird, people don’t like it.

I also like eating kefir, which is kinda like yogurt. I think it tastes better than yogurt, but my sister found it not nice. I also read on the internet, many people didn’t like the taste of kefir and ate it just for the probiotics.

I tried once grasshoppers, which I like too. I think I want to eat more insects.

 

I love to eat non-standard colored vegetables, like purple carrots, yellow zucchini, white eggplants and so on.

The only odd thing I eat/drink that would be consider strange is this concoction of tea, peppermint, and whisky for when I have a cold or the flu. It works wonders for me.

I mix mashed potatoes, corn, Macaroni and Cheese, and baked beans altogether; tastes amazing.

 

I also like mixing Dr.Pepper, Cherry Coke, and Coke altogether.
