Who Is your Favorite Bad guy :¬D

I'm repping Ganondorf here, but not just any old Ganondorf. I'm talking about Wind Waker Ganondorf. Just when this young boy, unchosen by the gods, has worked his way to the one weapon capable of banishing the re-risen King of Evil: the Master Sword. Upon pulling the blade from its legendary pedestal in the Temple of Time, the young hero unknowingly lifts the barriers of Ganondorf's magic and power. You might write this off as unimportant -- he has the Master Sword, right? Well, it turns out all the Sword's energy was sucked out of it after the Sages died. Basically, Link played right into Ganondorf's hand; not only did he increase G's power, now all he has to show for it is a fairly useless sword. At the end of the game, he's portrayed as a fairly sympathetic villain with a lot of legitimate reason for what he does. Oh, and he dies via FOREHEAD STAB AND PETRIFICATION. Awesome.

There are definitely others that I'd like to rep here. Will do sometime later

CARNAGE!

Yes, Carnage. He is the best possible villain.

How can you argue with that awesomeness?

Did you ever think I get lonely?

Did you ever think that I needed love?

Did you ever think, stop thinking

You're the only one that I'm thinking of?

I would go with the Penguin from batman.

I mean really, a fat guy running around doing evil plans with his umbrella sounds kinda funny... and his pinocchio noise.

I know none of you have ever heard of him, but Artemis Entreri is the greatest villain turned anti-hero of all time, and he's a literary character. Yes, the only way to know him is to read about him. Deal with it.

He's the one on the left.

I always loved The Baroness and Cobra Commander in the original cartoon and especially in the IDW comics. The Baroness because she is so fascinating to me and at times seems conflicted. Cobra Commander because he is always so rigid and will get to his goal no matter the means to get there

In movies it is Micheal Myers from Halloween. Nobody better than him IMO. I love horror films and Halloween I and II are and probably always will be my favorite

For comics it is Thanos...no question about it

In books...probably Mavra or Queen Mab from the Dresden Files

Legate Lanius, from Fallout: New Vegas is hands down my favorite villain. His voice is awesome, he wears awesome armor, and wields an enormous two-handed sword. Not only that, he's the final boss in the game (if you choose the right faction) and own of the hardest bosses I've ever fought. And he's not stupid. If you watch this video (huge spoiler alert) you can see what I mean.

I'm going to have to go with Terumi/Hazama from the Blazblue series.

(To sum up a rather IMO complicated plot) He basically made it so that if he dies he comes back to life in the past and made the main character (Who was never supposed to be able to kill him) kill him. That made the "gods" of their world focus all their attention on that one point in time and let their guard down. He used the nanosecond (they stress that it was exactly one nanosecond) to kill them. This is just my theory but I also think he is a computer virus. Yaay odd Japanese games.

So basically through meticulous planning he killed omniscient and omnipotent beings. I have no idea how to link a picture on a mac so here is his wiki page. http://blazblue.wikia.com/wiki/Hazama

Wesker is my second favorite villain though.

This guy, right here.

Since the image won't load for me should I assume that's Millions Knives from Trigun or Legato? (I can see the video you uploaded but not the picture. It seems to be a broken link.)

My favorite bad guy? ME, AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

*Cough*

Bob Page and Walter Simmons from Deus Ex, pretty much controlling the whole world's governments.

The Meta from Red vs Blue is pretty cool.

Are we talking antagonists or bad guys, because I like some antagonists that aren't really bad and vise versa.

The G-Man from Half-Life can't be called a villain, but he's hardly a 'good guy.'

And of course the greatest of all bad guys, Lord Vetinari, Patrician of Ankh-Morpork from the Discworld books. He's a bad guy, but he's also very good at running the city, so no-one's going to oppose him. How awesome is he? Only twice has he ever lost control, and that was because of a dragon (that are extinct) and an all powerful sourcerer. When he leaves the city, the crime rate goes down, because they don't want to get in trouble when he gets back.

I would have to pick Makarov from the Modern Warfare series of games.

Found it interesting that he did what he had to just to get something done. Regardless of what can happen.

I prefer azula, actually. Her descent into madness was much more interesting. Ozai was pretty one dimensional, IMO :/

Also, Zuuko vs Azula during the finale was beautiful.

I can't tell you how much I agree with this here. Ozai sucked as an antagonist, compared to Azula anyway.

For me, my favorite villians have always been Darth Vader and the symbiotes from Spider-Man. Venom and Carnage.
