No? Alright. Look above and you'll see loads of examples of when they've worn hats. I can't imagine any of them besides Applejack and Rarity wearing a hat on a regular basis. Anything I can imagine Rarity wearing would have a rather wide brim. I think she'd need it not to look silly given the size and shape of her hair.

 

Can't envision AJ with anything other than the one she wears all the time now. Honestly though, I think she's cuter without the hat and should take it off more often.

So let's see, Rarity would wear a victorian hat. 

 

 

 

Rainbow would wear a captain's airline hat or a beanie. 

 

 

AJ would of course wear her usual hat. 

 

 

Pinkie would wear a mad hatter-esque hat. (Top hat with a bunch of stuff sticking out of it)

 

 

 

Fluttershy would wear either a cloche

 

 

And Twi-twi would wear a beret.

In all seriousness, Rainbow Dash in a fedora would be amazing.  Maybe a fez or graduation cap for Twilight, Pinkie and Rarity are wild cards.
Fluttershy in a  sunhat also fits fairly well.

Everyone else has made good points about hats for the rest of the mane 6 - Twilight in Starswirl's hat, AJ in her hat (obviously), Pinkie in all her crazy hats, and Rainbow Dash in the commander or sports hats that people have been suggesting...

Someone mentioned a floppy hat. I think I agree. It goes well with her manestyle, in that it hides part of her face to visualize her sheepishness.
