I'm so excited! I'm leaving for it tomorrow.   I keep joking at my mom saying "Won't you love the 10 hours of family togetherness?!" (Referring to the car ride there) My bags are packed and ready

I'm goin! I'll be going alone, however, because my friend bailed on me last minute... I feel that I won't be alone for long, though, with this community there. ;P

I should count myself lucky. I'm going with only 4 hours of family togetherness... and I'm driving. :P It makes it easier when you can threaten to run off the road if people get annoying

I've never been to a convention, anyone care to tell me what they're like?

 

Apparently there's an event early on about surviving your first convention, so I'm sure you'll get lots of answers at that.

 

I know I'll try to go to it if I can!

I live literally 15 minutes from Baltimore so I'm glad I don't have a long drive.
