  1. Yes, without a shadow of a doubt, yes. Earth just doesn't compare to Equestria at all. Even though I love my friends and I'm pretty well off, it sounds incredibly selfish, but I wouldn't care about losing it all to go to Equestria. As other people have mentioned here, the positives of Equestria in comparison to Earth are infinite. And one of the two people I take would definitely be my best friend, who also happens to be a Brony who would also love to go to Equestria. ... And erm, I'd love to get to know Vinyl.. Maybe..
  2. Have you tried non-online stores? Personally, i've found that the best places for Blind Bags are Tesco and the Entertainer. £2 each usually.
  3. Just don't pay them any attention. At the end of the day, you're enjoying the show you like and are part of an awesome fandom, and the haters are angrily ranting into a monitor about how they don't like something they don't understand. Which one sounds better?
  4. I don't care at all. I didn't care for the Queen's jubilee, I didn't care about the Royal Wedding, and I certainly don't care about the baby.
  5. I'm my opinion, it doesn't get any better than: "I'd like to be a tree!". Not to say that there aren't any other awesome quotes, because there are a lot, but this is simply the one that made me chuckle the most.
  6. I'd nominate Bioshock Infinite. That game is quite possibly one of my favourites of this generation. Don't get me wrong, The Last of Us was very good, but I don't know, it was lacking something for me. It seemed kind of bleh towards the end. As for games that aren't out yet, GTA V is definitely the strongest contender, but I'm not sure if I'll like it more than Bioshock. Oh, and if Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes is out by the end of the year, I can see that being a strong contender too.
  7. I don't really believe in afterlives and stuff, but if it were possible, I'd do anything and/or give anything to go. As you said, the land is peaceful and inhabited by the nicest of creatures. That's my cover story. I really want to go so I could, maybe get close to Vinyl... maybe...
  8. Meh. My parents are cool with it. My mum just dislikes the amount of money I spend on MLP stuff, though she buys me a lot of it :3 My dad supports me with whatever I'm into. He's always done that though, be it with gaming, Transformers, or any other hobby I have. He takes an interest in my collecting of merchandise from a bunch of franchises, and he's always willing to take me to conventions and stuff. I do also know for a fact that he supports Bronies in general and is aware of and despises the closed-minded individuals that seem to hate the show and its fandom without a good reason.
  9. Well, my mum said she came into my room to wake me up for school, and I was apparently mumbling some rather embarrassing things. She told me I kept repeating the words "I love you, Vinyl", for a few minutes before she woke me up. I vividly remember the dream I had that night too, lets just say it was mushy...
  10. Tarantino is quite possibly my favourite director, though its close between him and Stanley Kubrick. Nonetheless, Tarantino is, without a doubt, the most important director of this generation. My favourite Tarantino film, nay, my favourite film of all time has to be Inglorious Basterds. Just the way he takes history, and twists it just enough to make it undoubtedly Tarantino-esque is amazing. Not to mention the various mindblowingly well done scenes and Christoph Waltz achieving acting perfection. I really do love all of his films though, with Reservoir Dogs and Django Unchained being two of my favourites. Django especially is a true masterpiece, with just the right humour, action, music and blood to make a winning combination. Also, Christoph doesn't disappoint in Django either
  11. Agreed. It's Xenophilia, not beastiality. Its the same thing as what Commander Shepard gets up to in Mass Effect... If hypothetically, Humans were to encounter ponies, I wouldn't object at all to a Human-pony relationship, heck, I'd probably prefer it to another Human.
  12. ON THE RADIO?! Didn't see that coming, but its awesome regardless! Yeah, I doubt Pony music would appear on British radio -_- They don't even air the show here anymore!
  13. Hmm, I'd say I'm not really a fan of Flash, and I really do hope he doesn't have a role in Season 4. I'm pretty much against any of the Mane 6 getting love interests.
  14. "This is good... Isn't it?" - Big Boss, MGS4. That single line has made me cry more times than anything else in my life. Its so damn powerful and sad. Another one I love is "Because you are... a puppet" - Jenova, FFVII.
  15. VINYL! Definitely Vinyl. If it wasn't painfully clear anyway, I love Vinyl. She's just so perfect and wonderful and awesomely spectacular all at the same time
  16. Bought my first couple packs of trading cards :3 I can't believe I've been missing out all this time! And, although I don't have her in hand, I splurged on an SDCC Vinyl Scratch from eBay. No way I could make it to SDCC, so eBay was my only option, really.
  17. The fandom is definitely NOT dying. It just feels that way because of the dry streak between Season 3 and 4. I mean, I'm seeing so much art, music and fanfiction coming out, not to mention official Hasbro products, and this is all while new episodes aren't airing. Imagine how much this'll increase when Season 4 hits?
  18. I think it depends on the person. I mean, generally speaking, older Bronies will have it better because of jobs and cars etc. But for example, I'm 18, don't have a job and can't drive, but my parents are fine with me being a Brony, they pay for all of my MLP clothing, and occasional items, and they provide me with a ridiculous allowance, so I can usually buy whatever I like. They often take me to events in other cities and stuff, so really, it depends on who you ask. I have it a lot better off than most, but I'm pretty sure I'm in the minority.
  19. Wow I'm speechless at the idiocy of people, What do they hope to accomplish? The things they want are NEVER going to happen. Its a pointless petition, and they may as well use the time spent whining to go and find a brain.
  20. If i was locked in a room with Vinyl, I'd probably pass out due to happiness or something. Then come the fanboy questions, and my feeble attempts to get her to like me...
  21. I've also encountered my fair share of haters/trolls online. More often than not, they seem incredibly stupid and closed minded, with their reasoning being based solely on the age old argument that "its gay", or "you're a paedophile for liking a girls show". Honestly, just reading what they've typed is enough to make me see that these people's opinions don't matter at all.
  22. Meh, I don't care how I look. I think its funny that a scary giant like me buys MLP merchandise. A few times, the cashier has started a conversation with me about about MLP and Bronies in general. This nice old lady cashier that works in my local supermarket actually told me to be proud and not care what anyone thinks :3
  23. My dream would be to go to the US or Canada. As much as I love being here in the UK, it really does pale in comparison to said countries. It just sucks how hard it is to legally move to the States :/
  24. My waifu is Vinyl Scratch! I have a life consuming romantic obsession with her.. Why? Well, she's drop dead gorgeous, adorable, musical, and just generally made up of awesome. Through reading tons of Vinyl fanfiction, I've developed a headcanon of her that was enough to fall in love with.
  25. You should definitely pick up a 3DS! I got one at launch, and don't regret it one bit, I love it! Obviously it also depends on what kind of games you play. If you're like me and are into a lot of first party Nintendo games, then its great because all of the Nintendo games on there are amazing as usual. Especially Ocarina 3D and Animal Crossing :3 Also, you should take into account how much you like 3D. Personally, i love it, and always have it switched on. But when I first bought it, I got headaches for about 2 weeks before it settled down and my eyes got used to it. That said, the 3D works REALLY well, and improves the look and gameplay of a lot of games. All in all, its a great handheld. If you like retro games, the Nintendo store on the console has a LOT of great classics at affordable prices. Plus, the handheld itself comes with a bunch of cool features and preloaded games. The 3D camera tool and Streetpass is a personal favourite. So, if you like Nintendo games and you like 3D, pick it up. You really get a lot more than what you pay for with it!
