  1. Well, there aren't many that I can think of at the top of my head, but I do know there's the "spiked punch" joke in Owl's Well That Ends Well
  2. I usually watch the show in English, but as of late I have taken interest in the Croatian dub - my native tongue - beginning with November 2017. Let me tell you a little story: the show previously had only one Croatian dub, which debuted in November 2014 and only had the first season (until 2017, wherein I saw the second season as well). This dub, which airs on HRT 2, is beyond terrible; aside from lifeless and/or unfitting voices outfitting most of the cast (just try listening to Pinkie Pie! She sounds like a mix between an old lady and a squawky parrot in contrast with her bubbly personality), it also has rather shoddy localisations (for example NMM is literally called "Black Princess" and Queen Chrysalis was called "Kristalina", the latter of which alludes to crystals despite there being no logic as to what the villain has to do with crystals - Scootaloo got a similar treatment), some songs are badly sung and most are sung by one and actual singer (and voice actor apparently) and, for reasons unknown, is absolutely rife with strange audio mixing choices. What I am talking about is that they occasionally loop, omit, or replay lines of dialogue for no discernible reason, and they've also added unrelevant sound clips in places and done other miscellaneous things such as copy-pasting audio from the Serbian Mini dub (and, in the second season, their own) and having lines of dialogue either too short or too long to properly fit, leading to what TV Tropes calls " Hong Kong Dub". For example try looking at This Day Aria where you'll encounter sounds that were NOT supposed to be there, or even my recently uploaded Smile Song that has an odd case of copy-pasting audio of the "Come on everypony" verse and using that to end the song (which also seems to feature a low-pitched voice for some reason), or even the "Welcome" Song which is literally just a segment from the aforementioned Smile Song sloppily plastered over it with no regard of what that scene actually is. I don't think I have ever seen another dub do this, at least not in this capacity. It's like I am looking at a chinese bootleg that's neither chinese nor a bootleg. Simply put, the studio that dubbed it was that careless. And then came the RTL dub in November 2017, by Livada Produkcija which is known for making decent dubs. I found out about it by accident; at the beginning of November I searched terms for the Croatian dub out of boredom and among the results was what looked like the opening theme on YT with "RTL Kockica" in its title. I went to check it out, and it was a resung version of what HRT did for the intro. And then I found the Laughter Song and a couple others, and I thoroughly enjoyed them, followed by me finding out that it started airing very recently (the first four episodes had already aired). After that I set out to watch all the episodes I could catch, and boy is it so much better than HRT's version. I watched all the episodes it's been airing so far and right now it's only the first season (the channel doesn't have the license for other seasons for now but will make an announcement if they license the other seasons as well). I warmly hope they dub all the other seasons as well, I mean I have been waiting for so long for a good Croatian dub to arrive...
  3. I'm not much of a fan of thinking about Chrysalis being reformed, but if they give a good enough backstory and/or handle the reformation itself well (e.g. not follow it all the way through, have it take more time than several episodes would allow etc.) then I have no qualms. Hasbro likely doesn't have the same idea (although I'd be surprised if they did), but I myself imagine why Chrysalis has shown literally zero redeeming qualities and how she could be led to reform ("abusive parents" notwithstanding); I think she may actually hail from a far-off Changeling Empire - consisting of multiple Changeling Kingdoms/Hives under the rule of one individual and lesser ones that rule each kingdom/hive - where the ruler teaches his or her underlings about how to be "real" Changelings and is diligent in making sure they never learn what love actually is so that they starve and are forced into attacking other nations in order to sustain themselves. In other words, Chrysalis may have been rigorously taught and misled about love and what it means to love and be loved while growing up (as opposed to being abused, because I think that's gotten cliché by now), leading her to define love as something it's not and thus turning into a bitter and stubborn character bent on having power over others. And for her to reform, all you would need to do is prove to her that love is better than being evil and that the ruler intentionally misled her and their other subjects so that they may bend to the ruler's will (the best way would be through having said ruler slip and reveal the truth they've been hiding the whole time), causing her to rebel due to having been deceived the whole time and deprived of a much better life she could have had if she knew from the start - especially as she herself relished in deceiving others and would probably be shocked to find out that her own ruler did the same thing to her. After all it happened with her Changeling hive - she starved them and misled them about love so that they would do her bidding, until one Changeling looked into going against the love stealing code and in the end prove to the other Changelings that they were deceived by the queen all along - so I have next to no reason not to believe the Changeling Emperor/Empress is doing/has done the same thing to Chrysalis and possibly other Changeling rulers (and is awaiting the same resolution as in "To Where And Back Again") which imprinted on them and had them repeat it for their own subjects. But we'll see what happens. If all else fails, I guess I have fanfics to turn to even though I'm not much of a fanfic reader :')
  4. I've watched the last 4 episodes (college started and with these leaks I could quickly wrap up the season), and I'm more or less impressed. Man, this season has gone on fast! Be warned of spoilers, the spoiler below has all 4 episodes (Secrets and Pies, Uncommon Bond and the Shadow Play two parter).
  5. A serious and foreboding story arc (of course nothing too scary/serious but rather something that just subverts the show's normally slice-of-life format and light tone) If they're going to do it, a properly executed Queen Chrysalis reformation - at this point I think a villain like her is best reformed if she does it on her own, gradually and not making a full 180° turn due to having been portrayed as having next to no redeemable qualities More Changeling colonies. And not just the ones that resemble ponies, I hope for other types as well (think Changelings that resemble other races like dragons and griffons) Flurry Heart as a filly rather than a baby - I'd kill to see her grown up a little in the show itself Age up the damn little Baby Cakes already. How are they still babies after several seasons worth of episodes? Not that I have much of a problem with it though What I personally wish for the most is a big and genuinely terrifying male villain a lá Gargamel - long story short, a bad guy that attacks our pony heroes not for power, not for a bigger territory, not for amusement and not out of revenge like our previous villains, but simply because he despises their existence with every fiber of his being and wants ponies gone from the face of the planet.
  6. Fluzerchy. That's my guess, I guess! Anyhow, this episode feels promising. Hopefully I don't forget to tune in to the streams to watch it like I did with "It Isn't The Mane Thing About You" last week.
  7. Here's my theory: Chrysalis isn't gonna use the hairs for clones, voodoo dolls or the like, oh no. Because in that case, what would she do with the photos (unless they were just a cover-up for her to get the hairs)? To me, it appeared that Chrysalis needs both the photos AND the hairs - photos for mimicking the Mane 6's appearances and hairs for exhibiting their behavior pattern (as least I believe behavior is partially based upon genetics) to make the potential doppelgangers as convincing as possible to avoid suspicion. She could be taking these to her allies that might also be shapeshifters (rogue Changelings and/or maybe other kinds of creatures) so that they could probably replace the Mane 6 and then start spreading false rumors about Starlight (in a fashion that appears legitimate based on the Mane 6's initial personalities), maybe with Chrysalis marching as Starlight to "confirm" the rumors, and at the very end they bring Starlight down and strike her last when she's in her lowest, most emotionally damaged state. And after that she could be captured just like the Mane 6 and they would all have to work together to avert the resulting calamity that Chrysalis may cause. Also I just noticed that the pony she disguised as is a photographer and has a ladybug as her cutie mark. Unless I am reading too much into it, I feel like it might actually be a subtle reference to Snappy the ladybug from Smurfs: The Lost Village (she's a ladybug who can snap photos and make recordings)... And the episode hasn't even been announced proper yet!
  8. I'm so hyped, I'm actually shaking as we speak!
  9. Not sure how I feel about this episode, though I liked the part when Ember talked about how Starlight and Twilight are very alike - quite possibly nodding to some people's accusations of Starlight being a Twilight clone (even though they do have quite the differences). I also felt really sorry for Spike when he was angrily ditched and then later told by Thorax and Ember how upset they were (though they did the latter to feel better and they did forgive Spike), can't tell whether that was too harsh or genuinely deserved since Spike, as a friendship-oriented character and a relatively young one at that, was scared of indirectly causing a war (which sometimes is a genuine fear, but other times it's way overblown). All I know is that had I been in his place at the moment they ditched him, I'd be crying my eyes out and probably even lock myself away out of distress and feeling intense guilt before they'd come back to tell me (again) how they're really angry at me for keeping them apart given the fact I'm such an emotional fool who can barely handle any forms of anger (and that includes my own), especially if it's directed towards me. Hell, if they'd come back to tell me about their anger and found me wailing in a corner, I would likely attempt to block any attempt of them trying to communicate if they exhibited any signs of anger and/or trying to express it verbally. The lesson to be learned is a good one though. Basically, don't worry so much or focus on the bad stuff, but instead try thinking about the positive outcomes! Being the aforementioned emotional fool, this is something I too struggle with sometimes.
  10. I'm typically not a person who truly hates media on TV, but there are things few and far between that I genuinely don't like. I'm generally not interested in live-actions shows (unless they have an interesting premise and/or characters) and adult "comedy" shows (like Mr. Pickles, Brickleberry, Legends of Chamberlain Heights etc.), but what especially turns me away is bad animation, bad writting, bad acting and a bad art style. Let me just bring up Chop Socky Chooks and Gormiti: Nature Unleashed. These two shows once aired on CN a few years back and they were very unappealing to me - only watching them ironically just to see how bad they can get - due to how they were handled. First is Chop Socky Chooks: the premise sounds bland, many episodes are boring and the animation is very meh, but what stood out for me the most is character design. Case in point, there are the main characters; according to the show and some other sources they are chickens, but to me they look less like chickens and more like deformed Combusken knock-offs. Bubba is... a gorilla I guess, and... I have no idea what Wasabi is. Wikipedia claims he's a piranha but I would personally say he's rather some strange toothy alien in a space suit with his helmet filled with water. The citizens are just as strange, from being of an unrecognizable species to just having bizarrely placed facial features. And for some weird reason, it seems the show favors having one-eyed characters... And now, Gormiti: Nature Unleashed. God, I don't even know where to begin. The animation is abysmal, particularly suffering from movements of characters and their bodies (not just limited to their limbs, mind you) as well as the execution of visual effects like splashing water or pulsating flesh of a living creature (yes, the show has the latter in one episode). The episodes feel padded out, as if a given scene lasts over 15 minutes, which means they are tiring to watch to be honest. The story also felt quite incomprehensible, probably because the show was originally Italian so some things may have been lost during translation. Don't even get me started on the opening intro; the song itself is just so cringy and some of the rhyming especially gets on my nerves (rhyming "nature" with "future"? Couldn't you use something like "danger" instead of "future" and change the rest of the line to fit?). Character design isn't so bad though, I do admit the main characters in their powered form look pretty cool but that's the only thing I like about it.
  11. Okay, so I've got one of mine... Any of you know Grandpa Gruff? Y'know, that old greedy griffon? Gilda's grandfather from The Lost Treasure of Griffonstone? I mean this guy: From what I've seen, when someone sees Grandpa Gruff they say "Grunkle Stan". Buuuut, when I see Grandpa Gruff, I say "Gargamel". No, really. Just compare the above picture with this one: Thick eyebrows, bald head, the remaining head feathers placed just where the ears would be, saggy face, elderly character, ornery personality (greed and taking advantage of another individual included according to his wikia page), big beak, (dark) gray as one of the primary colors... Save for the fez, eye scar, yellow feet and the coat color not being black/dark gray, I swear Grandpa Gruff is basically Gargamel as a griffon. Even the Shout-Out page of MLP on TV Tropes mentions this (albeit adding the "more obvious" Grunkle Stan bit), so it seems that I may not be alone. But then again, I never watched Gravity Falls...
  12. Nah, I'm not much of an episode skipper (if you don't count the EqG spinoff). I give every episode a chance no matter what, and if I do end up really disliking any episodes (and they are very few and far between, Ponyville Confidential and MMDW being two examples), I simply leave it at that and move on. Depending on how the show's handled, it typically takes a lot to make me resent it and as such I've so far not skipped a single episode out of simply not wanting to see the episode in question for whatever reason. There are still quite a few episodes I haven't watched though, but more because they're older episodes that I can't be arsed to watch (i.e. I don't feel the need to) as opposed to not wanting to watch them at all.
  13. I've just had another theory. What if Thorax's acceptance into the Crystal Empire played a part in allowing the Changelings to infiltrate, especially if it did all play out within the episode's timeframe? Let me explain what I mean: with a Changeling being allowed to reside and freely walk among ponies by proving to them the Changeling in question means no harm with a 3rd party person to support them, other Changelings could essentially fake defection by pretending to be "enlightened" by Thorax's achievement ("We've heard of Thorax making new friends and we thought about how much better it is to have friends", to name an example) and use a naive character such as Thorax (in the Crystal Empire) as the 3rd party person to convince the ponies of their "decision" to have friends. Although the ponies would still probably be wary, the Changelings could be conditioned to resist reverting to their instincts just like Thorax (although that took a bit of time) and put on their best act to make their "defection" all the more real. And then when nopony is looking, they ambush the completely unsuspecting target ponies and dragon and transport the real ones to Queen Chrysalis, taking their places in the process. But the other ponies will now notice that the Changelings are gone and could suspect something is up, now what? Simple: after replacing their target ponies and the others noting that the Changelings have disappeared, the Changelings can make up an excuse that "justifies" their "absence" ("The Changelings have gone on a magical tour around Equestria","They are residing in our castle at the moment and are unavailable to the public for the time being", just about whatever an average pony could fall for). No disguises, no "pieces of the throne", just a fake act of reformation and a well timed ambush that just might justify the lack of alarm and the "absurdly quick" replacing. And once again, it is just my theory and this one might be flawed but I just wanna think of whatever possibilities exist :'D
  14. I'm on the boat with everyone bringing up stealth and ambushing. My theory is that the Changeling ambush didn't happen within the episode's timeframe; long story short, it began to take place long before the finale even started. I can imagine a couple of Changelings disguising as a few background ponies nobody cares about early in the season and then slowly working their way up to the more important ponies by spying on them so that they gain enough knowledge about them to be able to replicate their behavior and subvert them at just the right time to avoid any and all suspicions while their targets are carted off in secret. Their first target was most likely the Crystal Empire a day or two prior to the finale in which they efficiently disguised as normal Crystal ponies and got close enough to the royal family to replace and imprison them without letting the residents know of the ruse (after all, Thorax's Crystal Hoof disguise worked pretty well even though he may have disguised as some random pony he saw and knew next to nothing about), but during a quiet hour when nopony else was present Sunburst and Thorax quietly saw through a barely open door that Shining Armor, Cadance and Flurry Heart have been replaced by Changelings (and those that imitate the three well, too). Certain that the other Crystal ponies won't believe them, Sunburst instead sent Thorax to Ponyville to get Twilight's help, also telling that he can't come because the impostors have locked down all transportation leading to the Crystal Empire (also using various excuses to back them up) and he can't go on foot (hoof?) while Thorax, as a Changeling, is able to sustain during the long flight to Ponyville. But during Thorax's flight to Ponyville (along with Trixie's and Starlight's trip to Our Town and back), the Changelings that were in Canterlot and Ponyville earlier have already advanced with their disguises far enough to be able to start replacing the Mane 6 and the Canterlot princesses, and with well-placed deception and timing they managed to replace all of them without anypony looking by the time Trixie and Starlight returned and Thorax arrived close to Ponyville. Of the Canterlot princesses and the Mane 6, Luna was probably replaced first and had no power until Starlight's nightmare about the "Mane 6" calling her out on returning to Our Town alerted her at night and gave her just enough willpower and strength to get into it and warn Starlight about the threat. This is just my own guess, anyway.
  15. My wild guess is that Chrysalis will first return with quite an army of Changelings. And I mean a huge one, as in thousands if not hundreds of thousands of them, perhaps having formed from a number of other Changeling hives and/or led by several other Changeling rulers. They would disguise as reformed Changelings and silently infiltrate and conquer the reformed Changeling hive in a way that allows no one to catch onto it, replacing Thorax with the best imitator they have and trying to act all "friendship" to avoid suspicion (especially after Chrysalis' mistake of acting rude in A Canterlot Wedding which got Twilight suspicious), and then get Starlight to come over and ambush her, at which point Chrysalis casts a spell on her that transforms Starlight's looks into that of Chrysalis' and Chrysalis herself disguises as Starlight, essentially doing a "body swap". Then they will bring "Chrysalis" in to Equestrian authorities (namely, the princesses) so that Starlight would get whatever punishment that was meant for Chrysalis, and any attempt Starlight!Chrysalis would make to alert her friends of the actual situation will be dismissed by Chrysalis!Starlight and the fake reformed Changelings as "a trick by Chrysalis to avoid her punishment" to keep the ponies from finding out the truth before they punish Starlight. And in the case the ponies do find out, there will be far more Changelings than everypony could fight because all the Changelings disguised themselves effectively and got too close to allow the ponies to prepare and take them down on time, so even if getting Starlight punished as part of Chrysalis' revenge doesn't work out they will take the Equestrians down and deal with Starlight in a different fashion. That being said, as I've already mentioned this is a very wild guess and I doubt something like this will actually happen in the show (a girl can dream though, right? There's always fanfics too!). But if it does, I'll eat my hat.
  16. Nah. No worries over here. After all, assuming it doesn't turn out to be a cheap comedy episode or anything where Spike acts as a butt monkey or a full blown idiot, I am sure they'll have a perfectly legit reason why Spike will do what the synopsis implies. My guess is that dragons and Changelings are or once were sworn enemies; if that's the case, then of course Spike would go out of his way to prevent Ember and Thorax from meeting each other because he fears that they won't get friendly and, because they're both rulers, could also declare war on each other and draw Equestria into their massive conflict as well. Perhaps what happens is that Spike intentionally invites both Ember and Thorax on the same day to have them meet and doesn't tell them that the other will be there (as a surprise) and then starts reading some books from the Friendship Castle's library as he awaits their arrival as one of his activities, only to then find out in a history book that dragons and Changelings bear bad blood against one another and do not mesh well together, which prompts Spike to panic and try whatever he can to avert a potential calamity from a dragon ruler and Changeling ruler meeting each other.
  17. So here's a quickie! This is my own take on what would a reformed Queen Chrysalis look like (I've also taken inspiration from another existing cartoon character). Couldn't be assed to draw the crown though I have this personal headcanon about a faraway-residing villain/Changeling emperor who despises ponies so much that he created Chrysalis so she would deceive them (further explaining her pony-like appearance), consume their love and then destroy them for his satisfaction, all without her ever revealing who she's taking orders from so as to keep it a secret from everyone (yes, everyone, not everypony). I ain't following the comic canon as show canon lol. Totally not copying one of the premises from another popular cartoon show by the way! Nope! If you have any thoughts you want to share, fire away! Constructive criticism is also appreciated, I sometimes struggle with anatomy and stuff.
  18. It's taken me a while to get to this, but I'd like to say that I really love this episode. Now what I've been seeing is that some people complained about Starlight impulsively using her magic and the princesses "acting out of character". Now here's the thing about the latter: in reality, even two people who love each other to death no matter what can and will bicker, argue and fight as if they're sworn enemies at least one point in their lives, and all it takes is an external factor that causes stress to either one or both of them and makes them take it out on the other person. If you pay any attention, you'll see that Celestia and Luna were both working very hard and were exhausted from their duties, which eventually made both grumpy about the other "ignoring her effort" and failing to notice they were just too tired and busy to see it. This is something I can relate to on a personal level; I have two parents who are apparently supposed to love and appreciate each other, yet on occasion I'm condemned to hearing their constant fights about what the other does (from what I know, my mom works as a janitor and my dad is an alcoholic plumber, and both have accused the other of "not contributing to the family" and whatnot if I'm not mistaken) and I honestly can't stand it, but sadly there's nothing I can do about this. If Celestia and Luna appreciated each other for eternity no matter what, even if it's in character, it's not realistic. They can't be on perfect terms all the time unless they devote enough time to their friendship, which is nearly impossible since one does her duties during day and the other during night which allows for little time to spend together. It may be a cartoon, but in all honesty there's no such thing as two or more people being friendly with each other forever without a single conflict between them. Just because you are best friends with someone does not mean you won't ever have a conflict (unless you stick to it really hard). It's a fact of life. Another thing is that chances are this hasn't happened abruptly and might as well have been a progressive thing; what I mean is that it could've happened as a simple exhaustion issue (like on the first day of the conflict's development, Luna might've been so tired she accidentally ate a banana peel instead of Celestia's pancakes and/or the tour ponies hogged Celestia too much to allow her to notice the lavender flowers, rinse and repeat for each passing day), and with time the princesses took notice and began having various thoughts and doubts about the other, which eventually grew into feeling unappreciated and culminated into what we see in the episode. As for Starlight impulsively switching their cutie marks, I think people complaining about this are really just looking at her use of magic and ignoring the rest of the details. First off, Starlight tried to bring the princesses back together without magic, which should negate the argument of "using magic to solve everything" as that argument seems to imply that Starlight went straight for a spell without trying something else first. Basically, Starlight observed both princesses and came to the correct conclusion that they're both being unintentionally unappreciative to the other due to work-related stress and tried to tell them this in hopes of them understanding the situation and forgiving each other. However, this did not work and in fact made the situation worse, by having the princesses loudly and angrily argue how their efforts and duties are much harder than the other, right in front of Starlight who wasn't all too happy to see an unquenchable squabble happening in her face. Which brings me to the second point: Starlight impulsively used magic to switch their cutie marks because she was absolutely desperate to have the princesses stop fighting and she felt like she had no other options (what else was there besides talking to them which didn't work?), not to mention Twilight told her that Luna turned into Nightmare Moon the last time they fought and the princesses' stress-induced fight was escalating fast. Do you really think a friendship-concerned pony like Starlight, who once thought differences would make ponies lose their friends, would just calmly stare at the escalating fight that could hypothetically lead to one or both of the princesses becoming their evil selves while taking her time to think of a solution that doesn't involve magic and/or putting the princesses in each other's (horse)shoes so they see how difficult both of their duties are? For that matter, if Starlight going with her gut was bad and that painting it as a good thing is bad, what other solution was there aside from trying to talk them out of it and/or having them go through a single day with their places switched to see what it's like? I don't think there was any, though chances are I'm not thinking hard enough. That being said, this is just my two cents. Now I'm not branding the episode as flawless or anything and any kind of opinion is perfectly valid (hell, I could care less if you hated the episode to death for a trivial or absolutely no reason), it's just that I feel like some people don't seem to pay attention to things and point out "flaws" that actually can and do have a reasonable explanation to back them, some of which coincide with examples from real life. If you have any arguments to counter mine, so long as they're reasonable and not negative/an attack, I'd be happy to hear your side of the story as well Sorry for the wall of text by the way, and I hope I didn't offend anyone! Just wanted to put out my own thoughts out there. I have no intention of attacking other opinions, just wanted to rectify what I myself believe people might've gotten a wrong idea about but you're free to stick with whatever you believe. After all, we don't all see one thing the same way!
  19. So watching this episode was a little hard, what with stream lags and all... But that's beside the point. I hope I didn't miss any vital info. One thing I can't help but think about is the yaks' help agreement. Like earlier in the episode they said they don't ask for help, and later on they thank the ponies for help rather than rush them out and stuff since they didn't ask for it. Nothing wrong here, except... When Pinkie Pie told the story about the goats and the magic cows/bovines, the yak prince said the "magic bovines" should stay out of the goats' business, heavily implying that the yaks never wanted any help in the first place rather than waiting for help they didn't ask for. Unless I'm interpreting this wrong, I think this is a bit of a plot hole...
  20. Maybe even Solar Flare? I remember someone making a comment on a Story of the Two Sisters video where they retell said story with roles switched (i.e. Celestia is the one to turn evil) and Celestia's evil form was referred to as Solar Flare. I'm personally fond of that name idea. As for Daybreaker actually happening, I'd say leave it to fanfics and stuff like that. If I'm not mistaken, Daybreaker is more or less a Celestia version of Nightmare Moon and there wouldn't be much of a difference between them, and I think introducing her as an actual living villain might essentially just recycle the premise of the series premiere (and some people really dislike rehashes). Not to mention it's highly unlikely for Celestia to go evil unless her character gets forcefully derailed for the plot to work or if Daybreaker ends up being an entirely different entity altogether or whatever. That's just my 2 cents
  21. Holy crap... I can't believe I actually called it! I said I thought the title sounded like it would involve either Thorax or an offshot Changeling (and when I say "offshot" I mean "not quite reformed" or something to that effect; it seems like I used the wrong word though), and it turns out to be both?! Talk about a long shot of a guess actually turning out to be true...
  22. Not sure about the other episodes, but to me To Change A Changeling sounds like it will probably revolve around Thorax or an offshot Changeling or something. I'd say Chrysalis but that feels too unconventional for a non-finale/premiere episode. I actually have no idea, just throwing a wild guess based on the episode title...
  23. The moral I found in this episode resonates with me strongly. And that moral is essentially "don't make your criticism destructive, and respect others' opinions". The reason for that is because I've myself encountered quite a few people on the internet who fight over differing opinions which I find rather ridiculous. Another reason is that I've also seen some people dismiss another's hard work over some "flaw" they themselves found; this includes myself, and it hurt me a lot. 7/10
  24. So I've been browsing some for whatever new episode info may be out there, and I found this page. That's a handful of new episode titles there without a synopsis, assuming this is a reliable source I can trust.
  25. There's actually not much that I worry about, except for the finale. One thing I wish for is that it is properly executed and that it involves Chrysalis and her revenge that doesn't include just herself and/or a new Changeling army she bred up. If there's anything I hope for, it's a very satisfying plot that provides at least a bit of a backstory behind the Changelings' existence and the stealthy nature in the S6 finale that people have been questioning (basically the "how did they capture all 5 princesses plus several other individuals" debate), and if they actually decide to reform Chrysalis even though she seems preferred as a villain among the many (myself included), then make it as natural as possible so as to not make her redemption come across as too forced to be possible in such a time frame. Like maybe have her replace Starlight Glimmer and cast a spell that turns her into Chrysalis (basically a "body swap"), then have the faker hang out with Starlight's friends and make her slowly realize the error of her ways. And of course this would probably be different from when she disguised as Cadance - that time they treated her as royalty and this time they'd treat her as a friend and actually care about her - although I have no idea what Chrysalis' stance on having friends is. Either way, I'm hoping they don't botch the finale especially since I'm hyped for it even if it's still long before its existence even shows up.
