I'm going to turn 18 in April and I'll finally graduate High School. And I want to get more experience with programs such as Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, and Sony Vegas.

 

I have a dream as an animator and even want to makes animations on Youtube but I don't have enough ideas for animation. I decided I want to make YouTube Poops because I have several ideas for YTP and they are a much quicker process than anmations. And I also want to upload drawings to Deviantart.

 

Also I have a lot of toys and plushees from video games and cartoons mostly Pokémon for decoration. But they take up too much space and they don't interest much me anymore. So I'm going to lay off toy collecting and get rid of most of them and only keep ones I really want.

I never make any new year's resolutions. Sure it may be good if you want to achieve something but you know, I only make promises that I know that I can keep. If I tell myself to do this or that during this year and I do not follow it, I will only end up getting disappointed at myself at the end. So basically, I just keep on rollin' like usual

To make my Diary of the Banished story a great story within the Brony community.  It's been one of my true desires in a long, long, long time.  I just want to make something special that people will look back on and say the story was unique, made them think, and it stands out amongst the other stories out there.  I want it to be special, just like Fallout: Equestria.  I'm doubtful that will happen, yet, if I can make it at least 1/2 as special as FoE, I will be happy. 

 

I have to say, my thanks goes out to the brony community and MLPFIM.  I never knew I could write like this.  I hated english/grammar during school.  It was my worst subject.  Now, now I understand things a lot better than I did and love the worlds, stories, and things that can be crafted with a few strokes of the keys on my laptop. 

 

I would say that my secondary resolution would be to make my own stories, get them published, and have people enjoy them.  In my heart, that would make me sincerely happy.  Sorry for the sappiness there.

I'm actually not the kind of person who makes New Year's Resolutions, but after what happened in 2014, I want to try my hardest at everything.

I read a nice idea on tumblr this month that I'm going to make my goal to do.  I'm going to have a box and every time something really good happens, I'll write it on a slip of paper and put it on the box, whenever I feel like things are going bad, I can read the things I've written on the pieces of paper c:

Overcome my fear of driving and get my license. Get back into art, hopefully w/ ponies. Publish a story on FiMfiction. Go back to college and finish up my degree (that's a stretch). Get a better paying or more fulfilling job (also a stretch). Start my own MLP Youtube channel, where I comedically do dramatic readings though screams and death growls and do parody analysis & reviews on works of FiM while gushing over how awesome G3 was. Basically make a name for myself and contribute to this community. I'll know I've made it when I'm on a bronies react video or asked to do a collab. For now, that's about it.

My resolution would be to sleep more normal hours. Getting up at 5 in the evening is a bit much, even for me.

 

Also, organize my house a bit better. It'll be nice once I have a bit more storage to work with. I don't want my floor to look like my closet threw up.

I didn't make any this year for two reasons. The first being that I shouldn't need to wait for a new year to roll around before I start doing things I should or want to do.

 

The second is that it's way too easy to lose sight of ambiguous goals, and goals too rigid can be hard to stick to without making them feel like they're actually a bad idea. I've decided instead I'm just going to live life as a healthy, responsible person should. Take care of business and chill out when I'm not busy. Nothing fancy. Just a worry-free life.
