I hate California. Too much bustling. I feel like I was misplaced..

I live in Central Copenhagen, which is basically the mekka of Denmark. Lots of people, lots of noise, lots of shiny lights at night, lots of current Christmas decoration, old buildings, the royal guard and stores. I love it.  :P

I like it here, it's pretty rural and laid back, not overly noisy or full of people, yet it meets pretty much every basic need. Ireland's largest shopping centre/mall is about 10 minutes away so your sorted for all your consumer needs. It's not too far from the Phoenix Park either which is the largest walled park in Europe, so anytime I feel I need to escape from urbanization I just pop down there for the day. :) Overall, its a good place for living life in the slower lanes.

I live in a very small rural community, while I do enjoy the quiet(well it's quiet most of the time) there really isn't much to do here.  The most that people do for fun around here is go hunting and ride around on their quad.  I'd like to move somewhere that has more things to do, even though I might not be comfortable in crowds it would still be better than this..

I currently live in Arizona I like the heat here even though it can be a bit unbearable in the summer, but hey at least we don't have to dress in layers of jacket during winter now for the second part to your question....... I like it here mostly because I grew up here around the mountains in the distance and cacti growing in peoples front yards there is just something about the desert I can't explain that I like....  as for the city I'm in its okay but I hate all the drivers I nearly get hit by cars on a daily basis while riding my bike mostly because they aren't paying attention or doing something just as stupid like stopping on the pedestrian cross walk.

I live in a beautiful town and that is why I love it. Only downside though, is that I live on a hill. i have a very good view, but it is quite annoying when I have to go to town. Another thing is that this town was clearly not meant for cars and consists of very narrow roads. This results in extremely bad traffic, especially near the town center.

The traffic is so bad, that it would be faster to walk than to drive.

Well the UK is a very boring place with rain as the most common weather, (This may turn into a rant...) I walked through hail on the way home today which is proof enough the weather is just pretty much cold here, I live in Blackpool, a holiday resort on the coast, and it is the proud owner of the title "Most Alcohol related deaths in England" Yep, soooo no, I hate where I live, it's cold, dirty and full of drunks...

I like everything about my town except for the traffic and weather (hot). Other than that, it's pretty and there's plenty of good food here :nom:. It's not great for tourism though. That's what San Antonio is for :smug:.

Southeastern California. Worst place on the planet. No wonder people flock over to either Yuma or San Diego to shop because the customers and the people who work at stores are super rude and don't provide the best customer service. Students who finish high school immediately leave this place too. I'd pinpoint exactly where, but it's more easier to google-map this yourself. haha.

I moved here because of my grandmother's health, and now that she's passed, I've made plans to leave because there is no need to be here.

Generally I'm cool and okay with where I live

I live near a small neighborhood, which, while noisy, is a good enough location for what it is

Living so close to various stores and destinations is an upside, so I have that

Though I wish I lived a bit more quiter and tranquil, as sometimes it can get rough here

I like it where I live except that I don't live near public transportation that can take me anywhere and that the closest store is Safeway and I don't really like Safeway.

All my life needed was a sense of someplace to go. I don't believe that one should devote his life to morbid self-attention. I believe that someone should become a person like other people.

Honestly, I like where I live.

>It's generally quiet except for fall and sometimes December when people are cutting wood.

>There's a plentiful supply of fresh air(unless you live with my grandfather)

>My horses live with me(both of whom I love dearly)

>And it's near a lake, shrouded my a bluff which protects everyone from tornadoes(mostly)

I like where I live. We have a nice big lake 135km long down the valley so that's nice.

It's getting busy here though, it's a medium sized city and there are smaller communities in the surrounding area. It's a pretty good place to live.

I live in a place that is what I refer to as a half and half town. It's half in nature while the other half is business. It's a nice town but parts are unsafe and even ghetto. I do like being near the SIUC however. Their prices for bowling are really nice not to mention they have good restaurants there. As far as stuff like the mall, it's an hour walk to and fro but it's great to go relax at especially since it has a theater.

The state I live in can be pretty scary at times. People are always shooting each other up in my city.

I live on the side of town where everyone looks like a crackhead. Missing teeth, unbrushed hair, all the ladies have track marks up their arms, and with all the kids even some of the young adults that I know, many are either getting knocked up or they drop out of high school or whatever.

It's somewhat entertaining when you live with it, though. You get to hear how this neighbor got in a fight with the other for not paying up their drug money or whatnot. It's like a redneck soap opera.

Also, the weather here is bipolar.

I live in central Florida and rather like it.  It is warm all year round so I rarely need to worry about protective clothing, and the outdoors tend to be bright and vibrant when it isn't raining, rarely is their any perpetual overcast.  The state government is pretty decent as well.  No state income tax, reasonable sales tax, generally lax laws and I can buy alcohol on Sundays (and from any merchant I want).  The only major downside are the roads, which are always congested and filled with incompetent motorist, although I hear that is a problem almost everywhere, and at least Florida roads are wide, have proper medians and shoulders, and are laid out in a clear grid.

A very small neighborhood somewhat far from any town. A vast expanse of woods right across the road from me that potentially provides endless adventure, and a bay with a number of rivers and spots to explore through kayak, and beautiful beaches with sand like white sugar, it's pretty fun. Not to mention all the fun times I've had here with my friends. Although this isn't anywhere I'd stay to build my life, I'm out of here as soon as I can, which should be right after I'm done with school. Though I would definitely come back to visit.

I live in a speck.  No!  Calling it a speck would be generous. xD  It's a teeny tiny town lol, but that's preferable - for an agoraphobe and part-time misanthrope like myself - to a bustling city filled with noisy bipeds.

So...  Yeah I like it well enough.

Not really. It's quite boring and there are a handful of criminals in the area(Wait, you can't hold a bunch of humans in your hand, let alone one. Well, you get the point.) Heh, thought it be a little bit less boring if there are those kind of people around, but not really. All I have to cure my boredom is the Internet, my bunch of games, and the occasional school fun. On the other hand, it's quite quiet here. Kind of nice, really. But, point still remains.

The problem is you live on the west coast, so get all the weather coming from the Atlantic. People tend to think that Northern Britain is colder and wetter than the South, which is true to an extent. But the real weather divide in Britain is East-West. The west gets a much rougher deal with the weather.

I live in East Sussex, and apart from a little overnight drizzle on Monday, I don't think we've had any rain in the last week or so, and we haven't had any hail yet this winter. It's cold, sure.

Anyway, just for fun I'll tell you something fun about Blackpool, so maybe you'll like it a bit better. The Blackpool Illuminations started in 1879. People who came to see them said they were so fantastic they were like "artificial sunshine". They were a major part in making Blackpool the big tourist destination it became. They consisted of eight lamps. Eight! They now use over a million bulbs, and they're all powered from renewable sources. And incidentally, the first Illuminations were switched on a year before Thomas Edison patented the incandescent light bulb.
