So I'm sick....like really sick....like so sick my employer sent me home without me saying a word to them about how aweful I felt...anyway...

 

So I'm at home and I saw Transformers: Dark side of the Moon and was watching the credits and realized that Transformers was indeed a Hasbro owned commodity. In my sickly state my mind started going down the "what if"" paths. Suddenly I thought "What if the MLP movie (Because you know their going to make one some day) was directed by Michael Bay?" Yeah.....even being sick that didn't sound like a great idea. I see images of Equestria being blown to pieces, popular characters being ripped to shreds and pony blood everywhere.

 

So, heres a question...if they were going to make a movie, who would you like to direct it and what would you like the story to be about? Sombra? Discord? Or maybe someone new. Leave your comments in the section below...err...wait, I'm not on Youtube....well hey, you can still leave your comments in the section below.....

Well the director would be the guy from the matrix or the sixth sense, those two would blow your mind with some epic twist ending.  As for the scenario... I'm seeing all the villains creating a "League Of Villainous Evildoers Maniacally United For Frightening Investments in Naughtiness." and creating the elements of disharmony (slightly cliché).  At this point they round up all the jerk ponies and griffins and other species, give them an element, and have them reek havoc among the citizens of equestria.  

 

Then at this point the chosen one enters, he goes into the 'hay'trix... beats up some evildoers, saves the day, but little did they know that there was a predecessor that surpasses the evil of its disciple.  The world then hangs on a thread, life and death are tossed in a stalemate.  A battle of good and evil.  The monarch's positions were usurped and now, chaos reigns... then add a dun dun dun for added effect.

I think the best people to direct an MLP movie would be Tim Burton... James Cameron... And....... I was going to keep going but im lazy and dont feel like it.

Anyhow, I dont really know who would be the best to direct the movie... I James Cameron were to do it... It would be BEAUTIFUL... Visually... If Tim Burton were to do it... I think we all know how that would turn out... AWESOME... But not how an MLP movie should be.

Actually on the bonus features on one of The Transformers Blu-Rays Bay jokingly said "My Little Pony" when he was asked what other Habro products he'd like to adapt. Granted this was before MLP as it is today.

 

Now as a concept, yes, YES, A THOUSAND TIMES YES!!

No one is better at making amazingly entertaining garbage than Bay. Other bronies will cry foul but no matter how distant it is from it's source material it would be, it won't be boring. It will never happen but I would be first in line for a dudebro action schlock movie with magic ponies. Michael Bay's My Little Pony. Even if you don't like Bay that name alone HAS to make you curious. It would make a very entertaining mess to say the least.

Sidenote: Transformers film franchise. At first I was pissed it was not going to be based on G1, then when I saw it I loved it, then when I saw the second one I despised it, then when I saw the third one I was just sick of it.

 

If Michael Bay and the writers of the Transformer films made MLP, it would have only 15 minutes of ponies and the rest with bad actors with teenage angst, sexuality, and low brow humor.

Alright, so. Basically what I'm asking is WHAT IF Michael Bay, the king of explosions, directed an episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic?

 

I'm not saying it'd be a GOOD idea. But it'd be explosive. Lots of explosions. For no reason too. 

 

I think the episode would involve aliens coming down and causing havoc all across Equestria. With giant ships blowing everything up for no reason. The Mane Six then suit up in over the top mech suits and then take to the battle field where they fire magical explosion missles that explode into more explosions. Then, Celestia would find out the weakness of the aliens (there wouldn't be any build up. She just found out. Dues Ex Machina.) and their weakness is... Explosions. So the mane six make giant nukes and blow the **** out of the aliens, defeating them with explosions and lasers. And then, during the final five minutes, everypony left was drinking tea and mourning the losses.. when all the tea explodes for no reason.

    The End

 

 

10/10 episode right there, amirite?

A male pony would be introduced (just one). He would be just underage but Applejack would explain to his mother why it's okay for them to date because of the Ponyo and Juliet Law. He would spend most of his screen time pouting or running in such a manner as to draw attention to the most attractive parts of his body.
