It'd be weird, just some random dude you've never met before coming up and putting his hands on you. The stomach is a very intimate part of the body, and seeing as ponies are sentient like us humans, they would probably be weirded out at this like any person would. So, let's assume that either the ponies exist or you're in Equestria somehow, and you could give one of them a belly rub, and they wouldn't find it creepy. I would go with Dashie.
