Ladies, gentleman, and Daleks ... I present to you @Odyssey and Blue Moon (the guy appears to be a  today ... what a wonderful holiday). Two unique companions, well liked, bloody talented, and possessed of all the knowledge they need to know to survive as a companion ...  

 

 

Namely, I am definitely a mad man with a box!

Both Blue Moon and Odyssey have been seen for a long time by staff as the epitome of great contributors to MLP Forums. Genial, approachable, intelligent, active, mature, and respected by the community. All of this and they both know that at the end of the day this little corner of the internet is about connecting with people and having fun. It is for these reasons that we have asked them to join the MLP Forums staff as Sectionals in some key areas where proactive moderation is important.  

 

Blue Moon will be working alongside PathfinderCS and the FiM Team Leader DashForever (Kiboat) in Ponyland. For a long time have we watched him grow, and I have no doubt he will continue to do so as a member of staff. 

 

Odyssey will be jumping into an area where we have sorely neglected: Octavia's Hall. She has been instrumental in assisting in the upcoming tweaks to the section, and will be one of the guiding forces for the artists (current and future) that use that as a platform to share their creations and ideas. Join me in welcoming them to the Forum Staff! 

 

To both of you: these are the best words of advice I could give. “Do what I do. Hold tight and pretend it’s a plan!”

I always had quite a bit of apreciation for Odyssey, and I've always liked her posts, along with having a responsable approach to many users. Octavia's Hall is the perfect place for her.

 

Blue Moon? More like Blue Mooo.

Ok, that's not the point. Again another person whose presence and way to approach members are easily noticed. Also, he is a chill guy, and I bet that he will manage to survive through the horrors that Pathy and DF will show him.

Congratulations!! I've seen you two as potential illuminati members sectional staff for a while now. You two are going to be absolutely fantastic. No dalek, cybermen, or spammer has a chance against either of you.

It's truly a pleasure to be apart of the Sectional Staff. To be honest, I would never think that I would become one a Staff member on MLP Forums one day, especially becoming the Team Leader of a certain section. But seeing that I'm now having to handle Octavia's Hall primarily, it really makes me overjoyed and excited to see what is next for me.

 

I love this website and many of the people within it. It's a place where you're allowed to join without getting any judgemental assumptions. This website also shaped me into a better person. Because of the wide-range of opinions I have come across, I've learnt about many things, namely being more sociable and when to not take things seriously. As a result, it's one of the very few websites I regularly visit thanks to the approachable community. I hope my time apart in the Sectional Staff is going to be a good one!

 

Congratulations to ! You really deserved your spot in the Sectional Staff. :D
