What do you do on weekends?

Depends, sometimes it's simply work or gather with the family and grill some food. Nothing really beats having to relax during the weekend but hey, sometimes life isn't very nice regarding that.

My weekends start on Friday, so allow me to tell you what do I do:

 

Friday: School, Loyalist Squad training, Mod development, fuckaround til 6am, sleep.

 

Saturday: Wake up at 2pm, Play the Saturday Line Battle in Mount and Blade Warband: Napoleonic Wars, go to Dad's house, fuckaround til 1am

 

Sunday: Wake up at 1pm, 47th Regiment of Foot training, Mod development, do the homework due for Monday, fuckaround til 3am.

My weekend activities happen on whichever random day I have off, in which I usually try to get one or two productive things done, then just sit around on the internet or watching movies. If I have a little money (rare) I might take my girlfriend out to a movie or dinner, maybe just a picnic by the river.

I used to do almost nothing every weekend. I would come home and work on music stuff, nothing specific but always music related, and after I finished I would usually hang out with one of the few people I would always hang out with, but lately that's changed... A lot.

 

For the past few weeks, I've been doing things I would never usually do during weekends. Most of my friends have a much bigger workload due to their tougher classes so they're busy almost all weekend. I've never really been the most social person but since my friends have been constantly working I've had more time for music. More time for music leads to more productivity. More productivity leads to much more material to play live shows with. More lives shows leads to meeting new people. Meeting new people leads to having more things to do. So in other words, I've been doing a lot more live shows and hitting up a lot more parties... Every weekend. It feels so... strange and unnatural.

TL;DR

Temporarily spent less time with friends. Met more friends. Suddenly get no sleep between rages, but I can't complain

Simple enough question really. What do you usually get up to on the weekend? I do just about the same thing every weekend. Without going into too much detail it usually goes like this...

 

1. Drink with mates Friday night,

2. Saturday, wait for hangover to disappear then go to the movies (if there's anything good on).

2.5. Stay up until 2AM Saturday night streaming MLP Season 3 episodes.

3. Work on Sunday

I'm usually just chilling, I don't go to parties much anymore. Chilling means watching moves, playing video games etc.

 

I have homeworks 24/7 as well, so that may be why I'm always inside at weekends

Friday, I have a 3pm class, so I go to that.

 

Either Friday OR Saturday night, I go to the local hobby shop. I have a friend from the next town over who comes once a week, usually Friday or Saturday night, so we hang out there for a few hours.

Whichever night we don't hang out is spent with some awesome pegasisters in another dorm. We hang out, make food, watch movies/ponies, accidentally fall asleep while cuddling, etc.

 

90% of the time, all weekend homework is done on Sunday.

Man, my weekends are usually devoid of anything. This weekend I'm going camping Friday night, but usually they include me being up in Skype chats 'till 5 in the morning and then usually sleeping/babysitting kids during the day. I go to church on Sundays, but that's nothing really fancy at all. I do go for walks at midnight, but I do that every day so I can't say it's a weekend exclusive.

 

I need to find somebody to hang out with holy crap.
