Assassins Creed Revelations was the first AC game I played. I went back to play the others later.

I've never played the first Half Life game, but I love Half Life 2.

I've never played the first 2 Fallout games

The only Elder Scrolls game I've played is Skyrim

I've never played GTA 1, 2, 3, or Vice City

I never played Battlefield 1+2, but the after

I never played the Formula 1 games, before F1 2010

Never played Grand Theft Auto 1-3 and never really Vice City and San Andres either, started the series with GTA IV

I played all Metal Gears(That are part of the story) and saw MGS1 played by my father but the one I played first was MGS2

I played borrowed by my big brother, Uncharted 3 before the other two

Since I had only a handful of NES and SNES games, that was inevitable to happen. I've made my Zelda debut with OOT, my Metroid debut with Prime 1, Wario Land with the third entry, Resident Evil with the fourth...... but no one of them affected me more than Metal Gear, I've started the franchise with....... the final Solid Snake entry: Guns of the Patriots. Thankfully, it took me a relatively short time to catch up with the other, the only one I have yet to play is the first Solid game

Pokemon; I started playing when I got Platinum one Christmas. Also, the Luigi's Mansion games! I've only played the second one, and that's because I first considered the first one to seem very interesting and fun by the time the second one was out. And then there's the Super Smash Bros series. I began playing that when I got Super Smash Bros Brawl.

I had started playing the Fallout series with 3, and I got into the Pokemon games with Diamond and Pearl.

Super Smash Bros. Melee, Mario Kart: Double Dash, Mario Party 7, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, and Fire Emblem: Awakening spring to mind.

Jak and Daxter and Ratchet and Clank. I got Jak 3 and started playing that first, afterwards i went onto Jak 1 Precursor Legacy and then Jak 2. My sister did the same but couldn't finish Jak 2 since it was too hard for her.

 

Ratchet and Clank i started with Gladiator and then went to Ratchet and Clank 2, then Ratchet and Clank 1 and finally Ratchet and Clank 3. That was for the original PS2 trilogy.

 

Halo was also another one, i started with Halo 2 and played all the sequels until Halo Reach, after that i played Halo Anniversary which is Halo 1.

 

Call of Duty 4 was the first Call of Duty game i started with and played nearly all the sequels after that.

 

Metal Gear Solid 4 is another one and the first and only MGS  game i have played so far.

I started with Mafia 2, still have yet to play Mafia 1. I don't have the console for it. Also, I technically started with Left 4 Dead before Left 4 Dead 2, but I didn't own it. I owned Left 4 Dead 2, and it was my first Xbox 360 game. I consider it the one I started with because it was the one I truly learned first like the back of my hand, and I played Left 4 Dead 1 and didn't really know much about it. I own both games today. Also, I started with Splinter Cell: Conviction and have never played another Splinter Cell. Looking to possibly get more in the future, if ever possible. Also, my first GTA game was GTA: Vice City, then I got GTA 4 MUCH later, maybe three years ago. Just got GTA 5 a few days ago. I don't know if anybody really started with the first COD, but I have COD:BO. The original. It was my first and only so far. I'm sure there's more, but nobody cares, nor doe my brain have the memory capacity to recall such things right now.

I started playing Silent Hill with a Demo Version of Silent Hill 3, which i got from a Playstation Magazin, i never knew what Silent Hill was, but the strange beginning of that game, got me interested and so i became a Fan.

 

By resident Evil i started with Resident Evil Outbreak, i bought it for my Ps 2. Since their were so many titles : Code Veronica X, Dead Aim, Survivor, Four and Outbreak, i just bought myself Outbreak from random, because i had no idea, which game came first by all these different titles. 

 

By Final Fantasy i started with Dirge of Ceberus. By Worms i started with Worms Armaggeddon.By Rayman, i started with Rayman 3 - Hoodlum Havoc. By Mario, i started with Super Mario Bros. ( i know, it is the first game in the Super Mario Series, but its also a semi sequel to Mario Bros and Mario also starred in Donkey Kong first ) . By Street Fighter, with Part 2. By Pacman with Pac Attack. By Kirby with Kirbys Dream Course.

By Alone in the Dark, with The New Nightmare ( because the playstation seller told me, that it was the first part  :okiedokielokie: )

 

I guess, that is all i can remember now. 

 

Oh yeah, and when you count every Marvel and Dc Comics Game ever created as a Video Game Series, i started by Marvel with Spiderman for Ps 2 and by Dc Comics with Superboy - Spies from outher Space.

I played Borderlands 2 before I played Borderlands 1.
Which is really odd because I had the GOTY laying around for quite a while

I spent more than 1000 hours in both games though, so it doesn't really matter xP

 

I played Fallout 4 before playing any other games in the series

(I spent like 2 hours in Fallout: New Vegas, but that doesn't really count.)

 

I played Skyrim, then much later Oblivion.

I had a really hard time getting into Oblivion though, and the game remains unfinished v.v

 

I have a really hard time getting into games, so I usually end up playing the most accessible in the series...

Gears of War 2 was my first Gears game, that one was so fun at the time. The amount of improvements they made in the sequel is pretty crazy, playing the original later felt sorta weird.

I just bought Etrian Odyssey: Untold Millenial Girl, despite never hearing about the series until now. I know this is a sequal to the first, but I don't think it effects much since it has all new characters (i think?) There are just some terms I don't understand based around the story.
