Yes everyday.  I mostly run and do some light weight lifting. Summer I do swimming.

I bicycled quite far and fast today... Sadly I overdid it.

Now I am paying the price. When exercising it is important to never overdo anything! Don't push too hard without knowing the consequences of your actions.

I'd love to do jogging, but it's too painful with my conditions. =(

Hmm. Does working 8 hours in a warehouse count as exercise?

Exercise? What's that?

I wish I did I'm just too lazy. Whenever I make an effort to try it I end up either forgetting about continuing or I get quickly bored of doing it after about a week.

I really should though, I'm not really the healthiest person in the world. I could use some better stamina :/ I feel like I would get more motivated to if I was overweight or something lol, it's harder to be motivated if the negative consequences for not doing it aren't really visible.

Until recently I never exercised, because I don't get any intrinsic enjoyment out of it (I've heard a lot of people claim psychological benefits, but it just doesn't happen for me) and none of my work or hobbies involve any physical activity.

But losing weight has been a major goal of mine since early last year, and (big surprise) that requires both eating less and exercising more. So these days I shoot for 10-20 minutes walking up and down the stairs (it's an indoor stairwell so I never have a weather excuse to not do it), plus some leg lifts and sit-ups since most of my excess fat is around the abdominal muscles. Based on all the data I crunched last year, doing more exercise than that has no noticeable impact on how fast I lose weight, and since I have no other fitness goals, that's as "intense" as I'm ever likely to get.

I do walk every day for about an hour. Have been busy lately with my projects, and it is noticeable. I hope to get through the most difficult stuff so I can get back to enjoying my daily walks!
