On the second day unless it patently doesn't need it.

Otherwise the third day.

If weather is dry and not hot my head can stay fresh 3 days.    If it's hot so i'm geting sweaty I can wash it every two days. And of course if I'm doing something dirty like sports or cleaning I wash my hair immediately!

I remember a few years ago I used to only wash my hair like...once very 3 months. Nowadays, I try to wash it every second day, sometimes I'll get lazy and I won't wash it for like a whole week.

Everytime I shower I wash my hair.  I tend to shower more in the summer and not as much in the Spring, Autumn and winter seasons.
