im not exactly a huge meat fan myself, but meh. I like mine around medium rare (or medium XP).

I saw a funny thing on a comedy show about a steak.

 

He ordered a rare steak, he then said it wasn't rare.

 

They said, I can assure you it is.

 

And he replied, oh you can, well if it's rare how come it looks just look everyone elses?

I avoid steak. I find it difficult to chew tough meat. I'm always scared of choking on it. I think it's down to my overbite, I'm having jaw surgery in the next few years so hopefully that will fix it for me.

Medium rare, except I prefer medium when it comes to ribeye or skirt steak. When it's a prime rib, rare as can be.

In all honesty?  Never had a steak before, sure, I've eaten beef before but never steak.  Not really something I'm interested in.  I guess if I should choose to have it, I want it well done and slightly burnt.
