general Do you feel like you've lived this same day many times before?

Yes and no. I cooked french onion soup for the first time today, so very different with that slight regard, but I also spent a good chunk of my day waiting to be picked up or receive a reply back from someone, and didn't feel like I could do much of anything till I knew what their course of action was, so I sat near the front door watching youtube as I have many times before when they were running late. I don't particularly care and I've left them hanging an equal number of times for responses, but that only adds to the familiarity.

I think it's kind of normal. But as long as I enjoy the stuff I do regularly, I don't mind. :) But I'm afraid of routines I don't like, things that doesn't feel fulfilling and this what I avoid.

I've been stuck at home since March, many days have been almost exactly the same since then.

Seems like you could occasionally use some daily/weekly objectives  .

The days do seem a bit repetitive, but unlike Groundhog Day you can't go back and redo it over and over until you get a result you like. It always seems to end up the same. Limited options don't exactly help either.
