Aside from rent, it'd probably be a new bedframe. I got a new 2m (6ft7) long one so I can actually stretch out instead of having to bend my knees slightly whenever I sleep (I'm only 189-190cm (6'2.5-3 ish) but my toes stretch past that when I lie down and it's always irritated me)
