I used to be scared of syringes whenever I went to the doctors, but as of late ive developed a method to conquer that phobia: deny it's existance. I ask the doctor not even to show it to me and I look away when he enters the room with it.

 

Another big fear I used to have was of wasps, bees, or flying insects, but that was because I had never been stung. This year, I finally got stung not once, but twice in two random incidents one week apart. There was no pain in either of the events (most of the pain was frostbite from ice), but just pure anger that the assassin got away to ruin someone else's day. If it was a bee, at least the bee would have died honourably as a warrior.
