I fell in love with MLP FiM when I was 23. I was working as a school teacher, and my husband brought it up on youtube to cheer me up (I will never work as a public school teacher in the US again!). Now I'm 24 and a fanatic

 

My husband loves it and is my age, and I have converted many into bronies. One is a macho straight male that's 26 So, everyone I personally know that loves it are males and females in their mid 20s.

Bumping this up cause it's neat and I wonder if perhaps more votes could be gathered since it got buried. T'would seem I'm not so much amongst my peers as I'd assumed! Though I had, ironically, known the females would be outnumbered...

I have always noticed that most bronies were 16 or 17, or born around that time. I don't know many bronies that are like, under 12.
