How Long Did It Take You To Get Your Forum Rank?

It took a couple of months for me to get the Kirin rank. I don't post that much - I just hang around the status updates.

I used to be a Crystal Pony, which I got after about three years on the forums. Then the ranks changed and the new lineup set me back to Earth Pony. I’ll be a Bat Pony next I think, then start working toward Crystal Pony again. Nothing like earning what I already had; kinda takes the steam out of it. I’ve been here about four and a half years at present.

I honestly don't pay attention to those ranks. I don't really care.

The only thing I notice is when I receive a new award from the lovely Buffy. I think she has a crush on me.

It took me almost forever to get that rank! 1000 was a huge number. I get a new rank every 1000 posts, so it is much smaller steps nowadays

I feel like it took forever to get my current rank. Evil changeling is my favorite rank however so I’ll be sad to surpass it.

I think I got the Yak quite a few months ago so it took about 3 years total counting the time I was first on the forums

About six years. Didn't take long to jump from 8,000 to 9,000 though. That only took a few months. Although, that's just a post count and not a rank.

It took me about three weeks to reach the Crystal Pony rank. I have no idea how I got it so fast.

Not that long. Back then going to your next rank was literally twice as long as getting the former. I got to pegasus pretty quickly.

Honestly, I don’t remember as I have forgotten about the rank system since I was gone. When did I become a PHOENIX?

Not even half a year! However, the firsts ranks are easy to get so the more you rank up the more it's getting difficult to get a new rank! Since I'm now spending more time chilling with my MLPF friends than posting things on the forums, I guess it will take me atleast half a year to get to the rank of Evil Changeling. Can't wait!

Lol 11 years ._. I remember when there used to be a brony rank and that was the very last rank to get. I used to be at Pegasus rank .__.

Very quickly. Back in the day usually your last rank took the longest. Now it’s a little different. I was an earth pony for the longest. Actually even when I passed that rank the first time, the rankings were reset, and I became an earth pony again. Whoo.
