Well her fan given name is "Colgate" because of her hair's color scheme but you could say that the name that Hasbro gave her is "Mineutte"

Actually, there is a good reason: TRADEMARK! 

 

"Colgate" is the name of a toothpaste; if they just dare to use it in a cartoon to promote the SALES OF A TOY, the ammount of money they will have to pay to the Palmolive Company holders (just from the legal fees alone); would be greater than the total animation budget for Season 5.

I thought that too, but then I saw "Marco ~ Ace Attorney"'s post, which has the exact same date as all the others (January 16 2012) but knows that Minuette is the name Hasbro gave her.
