Yeahhhh.

If anyone has heard it refereed to this before then you get what I mean if not then I want to know when you go to sleep and wake up usally.

I usally sleep whenever if I am wanting to wake up early from 10 to 6-9.

When I am feeling not tired I usally fall asleep ranging from 5-8 to like 4 in the afternoon XD

I usally follow the second one.

Have fun :D

I'm all over the place... sometimes I'll sleep normal hours like 12-8, other times I'll end up staying up all night and passing out on the couch 2 pm the next day... just depends on how distracted I am by other things and whether I actually have something to do the next day :P

It's been pretty erratic lately. Since i'm out of school and I ain't got no life, i've been staying up all night and sleeping all day. I usually try to remedy this by staying up all night and then all day, then from being incredibly tired, I would sleep the following night. Doesn't work, most of the time.

I just suck at sleeping, lol.

My sleep pattern has been a complete wreck ever since I was a kid. Although, whenever I have to go somewhere, I usually am awake from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. -3-

I fall asleep between 3-4 A.M sometimes 1-2 A.M, wake up at 8 A.M, then nap for an hour at about 9:30 A.M; waking up at about 11A.M

My sleep pattern is a mess. I wake up at least 3 to 4 times every single night, and I have for the past couple of years. I'm not sure what time it is when I wake up, but I know it's still early in the morning due to my room being almost pitch black. Waking up so much messes up my deep sleep. The normal person takes a while to go into REM (Deep Sleep). I can fall into REM within minutes, and start vividly dreaming. This is all thanks to one rather annoying sleep disorder. I really miss those nights when I was younger where I wouldn't wake up even once during the night. I'd just close my eyes and everything would go to black for a few seconds, and then it'd be morning.

Lately I've been going to sleep at 11pm-12am and waking up at 7am-8am roughly.  I actually am a morning person, and my goal is to get up around dawn which feels awesome, but there's still enough to keep me up at night that it's a struggle.  I actually plan on trying to shave my sleeping down to about 7 hours rather than the full 8, since I feel oversleeping makes me extremely lethargic through a whole day so slightly undersleeping might actually help me be a bit more alert, plus having an extra hour in the day to (not) work on my drawing and other useful things would of course be great.

For me, I typically go to bed at around 12 or 1am. I'll probably wake up at 7am, but I'll stay in bed for a few hours just resting.

My sleep schedule has been wrecked because it's summer. I'm an early bird, and I go to bed around 9:30 to 10 PM, and wake up between 4:30 to 6 AM on the weekdays and weekends. Yes, I do get sleepy at school because of that sometimes.

I work nights, and I try to sleep from 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm, but it never really works that way. Sometimes I'm still laying awake in bed past 3 pm. >.<

Outside of my work week, I usually end up staying up until between 3 pm and 9 pm and then wake up accordingly around 8 hours later.

Very painfully inconsistent. Normally how it goes is that I go to bed an hour or two later every night, and wake up an hour or two later. So my sleeping times are constantly changing and moving forward. After a week or two I'll be sleeping during the day and waking at night, then another couple of weeks and it'll be back to normal.

No matter how much I try I just can't seem to sleep at the proper times.

Pattern implies it's a regular thing. It's not. Particularly recently. Moved bedrooms, and now it's too bright in the morning.
