Like never, but they have had some short good moments together (like in A Canterlot Wedding, The Crystal Empire, Spike At Your Service, Twilight's Kingdom...), and in most of them they're trolling each other (as friends of course), watching it in a whole episode would be hilarious and interesting.

I second this, especially if this scene is anything to go by, they would make a great duo

After "Sleepless in Ponyville," we didn't really see much RD / Scoots bonding.  There was a touching moment in "Flight to the Finish," but nothing else that really aimed for the feels.  Therefore, I predict this will happen:

It's inevitable.

 

I can only think of two possible reactions to this situation:

1. Uhhhhhhhh, Squirt...  We need to talk. -_-

2. Uhhhhhhhh, Squirt...  YOU LOOK TOTALLY AWESOME!!!

There was also a quick scene worth noting in Equestria Games too. I think we'll be seeing more of it in S5 too, from what it looks like ScootaDash bonding seems well liked among the staff as well

 

Speaking of which, I remember hearing an interview when Maddie Peters compared herself to Scootaloo and said how the she looks up to Ashleigh Ball the same way Scootaloo looks up to Rainbow Dash. It was adorable
