Personally mine is MagnaLuna. They (he? she? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) may have their own style for Luna but I think it looks amazing! (would totally post some of their pictures here but they seem to have asked people not to do that). 

Also TheDracoJay. He has this pretty neat comic called Lunar Isolation. Quite "edgy" as he would say. 

I have some fav pics but not really an artist yet. I'm new to the fandom though...still cutting my teeth into the MLP art culture.

Hmm. Even given the pointy upgrade package, I am not sure Flutters' cutie mark would allow her to raise the moon - talk soothingly to it possibly, but not raise it
