Favorite season opener and finale

Opener: Return of Harmony. Reason: Discord... nuff said?

 

Finale: Magical Mystery Cure. As a Twilight Sparkle fan, this episode has an affective value to me.

My favorite season opener is definitely season 2's Return of Harmony, since it had Q... ER I mean Discord. Favorite finale is A Canterlot Wedding, it has good songs and introduced Cadence.

My favorite season opener is, The Return of Harmony because of Discord's spectacular performance at having fun while causing chaos. My favorite season finale would have to be A Canterlot Wedding for the very good singing and fighting scene.

Up to now, I had no idea that THe Best Night Ever was a season finale, but I loved it so much, taht I had to add my vote for it. But I also LOVED the Canterlot Wedding thingy.

 

My favorite opener would be Return of the Harmony, since that was just pure win.

I liked Return of Harmony best, simply because it was the only one that was better than "meh"

 

And for finale, I *GASP like Magical Mystery Cure the best, for a multitude of reasons, one being that I'm one of the 4 or so people that disliked A Canterlot Wedding, and MMC was a huge improvment. Plus, the title is a Beatles reference. What's not to love?

Princess Twilight Sparkle is my favorite opener because everyone felt in character and a lot of stuff happened. It did a good job at opening S4.

Season Two's opening and finale was definitely the best, in my opinion. Those episodes introduced awesome characters we still have in episodes to this day.

I'm not to shocked by the results. Statistics even show that S2 was the favorite season.

But I have always loved Q on Star Trek, and then seeing discord I loved him right away. Later when I found that they are the same person, I was like, "oh, that's why I love him so much."

The poll needs to be updated to include Princess Twilight Sparkle, which I would have chosen as the opener had it not been there.

 

ACW is hands down my favorite closer thus far.  Its plot is more airtight than people tend to give it credit for, the plot and Twilight's feelings were simply moving, and it was just simply a splendid mix of comedy and drama.
