Doctor x Romana, from Doctor Who... they've just so adorable together, and she's potentially the closest thing to an equal the Doctor has ever travelled with so far 

 

 

I knew who they were. I've seen all the Doctors. (The two actors were actually married at one point, as well.)

My OTP outside of MLP has long been the AdvanceShipping pairing in Pokemon. (Ash/May) THe thing is, though, I sort of support the pairings of Ash with most of the lead girls. AdvanceShipping is just the one I like best.

 

Aside from that I have Mio/Ritsu and Yui/Azusa from K-ON. I have far more pairings that I like, so I'll leave it at this.
