How much/often do you exercise?

Every day that's not a weekend. Mostly because I have no choice but to. As much as I love 6 and 8 mile runs in the morning...

Don't exercise at all, at least not during the summer. When school rolls around, I walk about fifteen minutes each way to get there and back daily. But that's about all. I exercise my eyes, mostly, by staring at my computer screen.

Typically, I don't "exercise." I have a very active lifestyle as it is, where I spend most of my day on my feet, so it does help to keep me in shape.

About four times a week. It varies. But no less than that. I try to make it at least once a day though.

I used to have a bit more variety, but I tend to be unmotivated to do anything more than run. Especially since this little kitten we've found likes to jump up on my Wii U balance board and try to disrupt anything that isn't the running exercises. He thinks it's all a game. Running though? Running is a game to him too, but it becomes more handy to play with the cat while I'm running because I can just chase him and still get in my exercise. When I'm running, Wii U Fit counts my miles as I hold a Wiimote and has special time settings for how long I want to run. The most it lets me go is 30 minutes, and I typically do that once or twice a day, depending on whether or not I gained a lot of weight on that day.

Eventually, I do plan on doing more of the other exercises. Such as working on my torso in particular. (Although no arms, as my hands tend to be used extensively for art and commissions, and I don't want to strain them) Probably when the cat gets a bit older and calmer. Otherwise, running's better than nothing for now.

I don't exactly exercise much, I have a high metabolism so that helps. I do walk a lot though since I cannot drive, I always go walking at least once a day it seems.

I work in Logistics/warehouse, so I kinda exercise for 8-9 hours daily. Does that count?

Been going for a run 2/3 times a week for last month or so. It's a nice time to have a break and think about stuff... mainly ponies :P

In the normal life, I'd be fencing twice a week, practicing krav maga twice a week, and going to the gym twice a week. Right now, I have krav maga HIIT outside twice a week, and I do exercises at home with my kettlebell, as well as pushups, situps, squats, mountain climbers, and Australian pullups on the dinner table on four of the days without HIIT. In either case, I have one day of rest.

Every day for over an hour, hour and a half to be exact. I enjoy taking walks as they are relaxing and essentially it is a constant aerobic exercise. I also go for a run as well including cycling as well as hiking, pretty much just love exercising.

Before the pandemic hit? At least an hour every day I'm off. I can't wait to get the rest of my vaccine, I can finally start hitting the gym again

I try to walk or do tai chi 5 days out of 7 days in the week, I also have a highly physical job.  So I always end up moving around a lot.

I was getting better at walking almost daily during the late fall and winter. But now the weather's too hot and bright, so a halt has been put onto that idea until either it becomes safe enough to go walking indoors again or late autumn comes back.
