My favorite villans would have to be: Sly Cooper- Just because I really liked the game when I played it a long time ago, and because he is a badass through all the missions.

Nightmare Moon- Her design really got my attention and her awesomeness.

Bane- The one from the Arkham Asilum was awesome and he looked cool.

Movies- Darth Vader from the GOOD Star Wars movies, secondary Lord Business from The Lego Movie (this guy is sort of like the Handsome Jack of movies in my opinion x3)

I have two picks.

 

Maximillion Pegasus from Yugioh. That voice is awesome, I'd love to learn how to do an impression of it! Plus I've heard it in person at Pokemon Live before Dunstan even played as Pegasus. He played as Giovanni and he did a pretty amazing job considering what he was performing in. An interesting character and always fun to watch in season 1.

 

GLaDOS from Portal and I really don't think I need to explain why. It's all about the personality. In fact, I must confess that I've had a small crush on the character in the past (as odd as that sounds...)
