About as badass as you can get for a cartoon with this rating.  I disagreed with his initial simian appearance (actually made me think of Mojo Jojo) but as he grows he's bearing a stronger and stronger resemblance to his G1 demon incarnation.  Dunno who the voice actor is but he's doing a pretty good Vincent Price Tirek impression too.
