I haven't weighed myself since I was 10 (because I was a self-conscious little chubster). However, I think at my last medical check-up I was recorded as 160 pounds.

 

Oh, and I'm six foot, two inches tall.

5'2 and 85-90 pounds (Due to stress and a slightly broken scale i think I'm 95 last time i went to the doc..) altho I'm trying to build up some muscles   thats so not happening altho i should i tend to say fight me a lot...

Start eating more starches like potato and bread. Just eating more won't help. You have to focus on what type of calorie is going into your body.

I'm 5'11" tall and weigh around 185 .lbs.

Or, if you're using the vastly superior metric system, I'm 181 cm and I weigh just under 83 kg.

Most of it's due to my basically protein-driven diet and exercise routine I'm on, I was around 75 kg when I started and now I'm continuing to build muscle whilst keeping excess fat at bay.

Hardly a Schwarzenegger or Ferrigno, I know.

A year or two ago I was pushing 175 though, so a bit on the overweight side. Glad as hell I shook some of that excess fat, I like being painfully average.
