I also call her Apple pone, Best pone, Apple overlord, and Sweet apple. There can never be a shortage of nicknames for her though, so I'll have to think up more.

I call Twilight 'Twi', Rainbow Dash 'Dashie', and Applejack 'AJ', but that's about it. I sometimes call Fluttershy 'Flutters' when typing because those last two letters are just so hard to type, but never when speaking about her.
