Now if you were to look at my profile, i'm a pretty cliche guy. I'll explain.

I'm a hopeless romantic

I'm a truth and justice guy.

I have weaknesses and the like.

Now what I want know is what do you think makes you "cliché"?

What determines a cliché person?

ARE YOU CLICHE????!!!!

Just curious is all! :)   STAY FANTASMIC!!!

I wouldn't say I have many clichées since I seem to have traits that are both male and female but if there's anything clichè about me, it would be:

->Spending much time playing games

->Not leaving the house unless needed to

->Appears to be quite antisocial

->Is giving too much information

How am I cliché? That's actually kind of a tough question...I play a bunch of video games, does that count? I think that determining whether or not one is "cliché" depends on the context of the question. Do you mean cliché as a My Little Pony fan? If so then I could go with "Wearing a pony shirt right now". Could you mean as a human being? Well, I got skin and bones and stuff...

How cliché of me :D

All of these apply to me. I'm an oddball when it comes to normal standards, but in relation to other oddballs, I'm actually very... normal.

I'm a hopeless romantic as well XD I go by a nickname, I guess...Amber isn't my real name, but I liked to be called Amber anyways.

Hm. The actual point of this little thread is to see just how much we all have in common, a 'cliché' of sorts. Things that everyone does that are similar in so many ways! Its magical really!

So lets change a bit! What is the cheesiest\Clicheist thing you've ever said?

As a man who has been described by other people as manly, I am a Canadian that does have a beard and enjoys using an axe to chop wood. "Eh" is also part of my common parlance.

You made me smile! Thank you!

I try not to fall into too many clichès, personally, (I'm not sure why, though) but I do fall into these:

-Playing video games for large amounts of my day

-being shy and antisocial. (not necessarily a clichè, but I always feel like the "typical shy person")

-being very geeky when it comes to science, and technology. (Seems fairly common on the internet, but still not sure if a clichè)

I fall into the "burly veteran cliche"

I

>have a beard

>wear my multicam PC

>can fix vehicles

>owns several firearms

>and lifts weights

This, combined with how I normally dress, along with the way I talk leaves me pretty stereotypical.

I want everypony to remember that Clichéness isn't a bad thing. (Unless you are just jumping on a bandwagon.) Its just fine!

I'm cliche in that I subvert all cliches.

It sucks to be a teenager who doesn't believe he has a future.

I've had that problem. But it switches opinions every so often. I'd believe I have no future, but then i'd believe other wise.

Falls in love way too easily, get's obsessed over everything for a short period and- SLAM I got on the train to the world of the mad, insane and obsessed.

And least listening to '' All by myself '' by Celine Dion, while chatting with my friends on how I was forever alone, while they celebrated their last exams today, mine is tomorrow. I feel so hurt, lol.  :(  ^_^

Every human is, to some extent, a walking cliche of some sort. I'm no exception.

Yes you are right, I actually kind of posted a statement similar to that here. Except i'm a little more awe struck by it.

Hmm...my cliche would be...being timid, being an anime lover, doing very awesome at social interactions online than offline. Lastly, I call myself a gamer...I try to be a gamer anyway. Games are fun, but most of the time suck at them. xD

Holding doors for women, more obliged to help women on homework than other men, and more obliged to be at a place on time,...

Kids these days don't value these clichés, ironically.

I like Monster High and pretty much anything cute or pretty.

Like girly colors and glittery things.

Love doing my hair and makeup.

Idk, mainly just my girlyness.

Let's see...

  • Computer geek with glasses and a beard
  • Reclusive, but gentle
  • Schedule obsessed
  • Surprising emergent leader
  • Pun deployer

I think that about covers all I can think of. I don't think I'm overly cliche, but cliche's are fun anyway.

My cliché would be somewhere between the loser and the genki girl.

I'm full of optimism and can motivate people until I relalize I suck a lot.

Umm..I'm not sure, maybe the fact that I'm one of those people who has been hurt a lot and has consequently hardened/ shut himself away. And despite wanting to be close to others, I can't allow people to come too close for fear of future hurt. :(
