When it comes to drawing i always find the ears, the flanks and rear to be the most easy for me to do. Dunno why, its not a fancy I have, I just find them to give my OCs character whenever I design them.

This is a three way tie. Their amazing and infectious heart, the prefrontal cortex, and vocal chords.

 

Those are all parts ... their nature, their personality, and their voice ... all based on body parts symbolically or otherwise.

I checked everything except for the navel (not canon xD ), forehead, and horn (Dashie no gots a horn).  So, basically, I like these parts best:

I'm a fan of the cutie mark. Not the flank. The cutie mark. A tattoo that automatically appears and represents what your purpose is once you discover it? I love the idea of that.

They're called "hocks". They're basically the pony equivalent of ankles.

 

I personally think hocks and dock should be included in the list.

 

Also, the plural of hoof is "hooves", not "hoofs".
