As to Cutie Marks, Season 1 Episode 23 "The Cutie Mark Chronicles" is probably the best explanation of it.  Basically, you find what you love to do & admit it to yourself.  Then, your Cutie Mark magically appears.  Can be fast (Fluttershy) or after many years (Apple Jack).

The Parasprites.  There must be something that eats them or they WOULD devour everything

The Pegasi have ALWAYS controlled the weather.  This includes moving the clouds (Hearth's Warm Eve).  One of the weird & creepy things about the Everfree Forest is the way clouds move all by themselves. (The horror, the horror!) (IIRC, Bridle Gossip)

IMO, there are Sea Ponies (there were in G1), but Ponyville is far inland & they are just never mentioned for the same reason Denver isn't big on surfing.

1) Why Princess Celestia is not a Queen? Who are the Queen and King!?

In my headcanon, there was once a king or/and queen, and they were evil. Therefore, a new ruler who considered herself good, would never call herself Queen. On the other hand, Sombra called himself King, and was evidently evil. This thing you can see the real world, too: The Roman emperors didn´t call them "Rex", meaning "King", because the original Roman Kings were tyrants. And the word Tyrant also was a pretty neutral term in the times of ancient greece, meaning as much as "Monarch".
2) What's beyond Equestria, is it a round planet just like Earth!?

In my headcanon, it is a disc, carried by four massive ponies, standing on the back of a turtle, which is swimming through space.
3) What would happen if a pony finds his her special talent but later in life she he realises she he doesn't want to do that anymore? Would his her cutie mark change!?

No, she probably would interpret it differently. Cheerlilee, for example, has got smiling flowers as her CC. Maybe she started out as a florist or gardener, but then realized she was better as a teacher?
4) Why parasprites don't devore the Everfree forest!?

They probably have natural predators there, keeping them at a low number. But those predators can´t for what reason

whatsoever, not leave the forest, maybe because of Agarophobia.
5) Why do ponies have a cutie mark? Who or how do they appear? Magic? I don't think so!

  I do.
6) What if a crystal pony has an accident and breaks a leg shall it shatter into pieces just like glass!?

  Jep.
7) What are ponies made of!?

Meat, bones, all the other organic stuff. Except for crystal ponies.
8) How was Equestria made!?

Some spirits were stiring a massive stew, and Discord spilled the cauldron.
9) Celestia and Lunas parents!?

   No idea.
10) Why do Pegasus have to clear the skies? Isn't that supposed to be a nature issue?

Maybe because without Discord there being in the world, there is not enough Chaos to keep weather going.
11) Who was the first pony to exist?

I don´t know, probably a creature made by Discord.
12) Why there's no sea ponies?

How do you know there aren´t? Maybe you will see them next season!

Back to the questions posed by the starter of the topic. Their world is round, that's why Pinkie Pie had her map upside down in Hearths Warming Eve. "The Earth is round. There is no up or down" - Chancellor Puddinghead/Pinkie Pie

That was thousands of years ago. They may have been wrong then.

1) Why Princess Celestia is not a Queen? Who are the Queen and King!?

Because Celestia is a good politician and realizes that Princess sounds more endearing.

2) What's beyond Equestria, is it a round planet just like Earth!?

Dragons, griffons, zebras, breezies, ancient ruins of the 3 tribes. Planet is round, according to Pinkie. I theorize that the sun and moon are in fact quite small, and that's why they don't cause havoc when moved around the planet. It would actually be possible to set them on an orbit, but either the sun wouldn't be at the correct distance (too dim or too bright, depending on exactly how luminous it is), or the day length wouldn't be right, so Celestia just forces it to move at the pony-preferred distance and speed. It would be possible to set it on an orbit at the correct distance, and then adjust the planet's rotation rate to fine tune the day length, but so far no pony has been strong enough to do it (because the planet is much larger than the sun/moon)

3) What would happen if a pony finds his her special talent but later in life she he realises she he doesn't want to do that anymore? Would his her cutie mark change!?

Haven't you ever seen a pony fail to fulfill their cutie mark? Depression and insanity.

4) Why parasprites don't devore the Everfree forest!?

Predators. Mice can cause major infestations when they get into human food stores, but in nature they're mostly a food source for other creatures.

5) Why do ponies have a cutie mark? Who or how do they appear? Magic? I don't think so!

Judging by the fact that many ponies have names that match their cutie mark, they're actually born with it, and it just doesn't show up until a genetic trigger goes off when they realize what it must be.

6) What if a crystal pony has an accident and breaks a leg shall it shatter into pieces just like glass!?

Only the bone. The flesh is a transparent gel, and their blood is also clear.

7) What are ponies made of!?

Depends on the pony.

8) How was Equestria made!?

Pinkie threw a party.

9) Celestia and Lunas parents!?

I need to get my hands on a copy of the Journal of the Two Sisters book, but from what I've gathered, they were two alicorns living in Canterlot before the 3 tribes immigrated to the area. But I don't know if there was a full city of alicorns, or if they were the last two (four, after birthing Celestia and Luna)

10) Why do Pegasus have to clear the skies? Isn't that supposed to be a nature issue?

Just look at how much trouble (property damage, crop failure, etc.) is caused by weather in real life. It's actually kind of surprising that we humans haven't developed technology to manage the weather around our cities yet.

11) Who was the first pony to exist?

Mr. Ed

12) Why there's no sea ponies?

Who says there aren't?

1) Queens and Kings are always villains, never protagonists.

2) Other continents I guess, their planet is round (as seen in Secret of my Excess)

3) I really like the headcanon of evolving cutie marks, so I'll go with that.

4) Why would they? They obviously don't eat trees or dangerous animals.

5) Mmmmmmaaaaagiiiiiic!

6 and 7) I think all kinds of pony are made of the same things as ponies in our world.

8) Go watch Hearth Warming's Eve.

9) Certainly some alicorns we don't know about.

10) Not in Equestria.

11) Somepony.

12) There is, but we haven't seen some in the show yet.

And the word Tyrant also was a pretty neutral term in the times of ancient greece, meaning as much as "Monarch".

It had a slightly different meaning in ancient Greek, but wasn't neutral. It meant "usurper" - i.e. someone who rules a kingdom illegitimately.

That was thousands of years ago. They may have been wrong then.

Now it's easy to make fun of the ponies who used to think the world was round. They didn't have the benefit of modern unicorn science which demonstrates that it's flat.  ;)

Queens and Kings are always villains, never protagonists.

Always/never is a bit strong. King Arthur is an obvious exception. Caspian X in The Voyage of the Dawn Treader is not lead-character enough to be described as the story's protagonist, but he's one of the good guys.

Oops, I should have said they are villains in cartoons and animation movies, you're right. :D

1) Why Princess Celestia is not a Queen? Who are the Queen and King!?

9) Celestia and Lunas parents!?

I like to believe that since Celestia is a princess, it must indicate that there is an even higher power in Equestria, a queen or a king...maybe some sort of godess, who chose her daughter to rule the land while she herself is the ruler of magic, the power of friendship etc. or something like that.

12) Why there's no sea ponies?

In fact there are sea ponies.

They live in the underwater world of Aquastria, they appear in "Under The Sparkling Sea."

8) How was Equestria made!?

I made a topic asking this question, I wonder about it too.

I didn't even see this episode so I don't know.

Since Celestia apprently has no parents, she's immortal and the eldest sister, I'd say Celestia.

Celestia is god in the show :P

Also, I wasn't sure to why the parasprites didn't just eat the damn forest. Instead of eating houses, I'd rather eat leaves.

XD.

1) Why Princess Celestia is not a Queen? Who are the Queen and King!?

In ancient Rome, the people deposed a tyrannical king; since then, "king" was all but a dirty word. Even after the emperors' rule became increasingly autocratic, they (at least formally) kept the republican institutions. I've had a theory that the reason why Celestia was a princess rather than a queen was similar: perhaps at some point the ponies deposed an evil king (perhaps king Sombra himself), and since then, Equestria did not have a king. (Of course, since then the 'Journal of the Two Sisters' came out, which complicates the things.)

8) How was Equestria made!?

"And Princess Lauren said: Let there be ponies. And there were ponies." On the other hoof, perhaps it was Princess Bonnie who created the ponies, while Princess Lauren was the creator of Equestria.

9) Celestia and Luna's parents!?

Princess Lauren and Prince Craig?

I have some odd questions I'd like to share. It's all about Equestria and its universe, faster or not your seat belt since this will be crazy ehem:

1) Why Princess Celestia is not a Queen? Who are the Queen and King!?

2) What's beyond Equestria, is it a round planet just like Earth!?

3) What would happen if a pony finds his her special talent but later in life she he realises she he doesn't want to do that anymore? Would his her cutie mark change!?

4) Why parasprites don't devore the Everfree forest!?

5) Why do ponies have a cutie mark? Who or how do they appear? Magic? I don't think so!

6) What if a crystal pony has an accident and breaks a leg shall it shatter into pieces just like glass!?

7) What are ponies made of!?

8) How was Equestria made!?

9) Celestia and Lunas parents!?

10) Why do Pegasus have to clear the skies? Isn't that supposed to be a nature issue?

11) Who was the first pony to exist?

12) Why there's no sea ponies?

That's more than enough, now, please, please, answers like: because magic, it's just a cartoon, don't care, don't know, hi!, are OK but...seriously? Be creative and say something cool! :)

question 3 is very viable i really think they could make that into a cool episode. I guess it's just a bit simpler in the mlp world
