I used to keep a dream journal a long time ago, but I got out of the habit. I don't like to have records of my personal thoughts sitting around where anyone can get at them. My thoughts are my own personal nightmare, I don't need anyone invading that private place.

I started keeping one a few months ago. It's mostly telegraphic—but it does help me to collect my thoughts from throughout the day and to record dreams.

I never understood the point of writing a diary. It's writing to myself essentially, but it also creates a risk that somebody else might read it.

I don't have a diary but I do have journals. On my job for example I keep journals to remember the stuff I do. On my private side I've got different hobbies or things I start to put my nose into and learn. There I keep journals to note the stuff I learn and what I think.Sometimes they are digital, sometimes they are not.

If I do something I put a date on the page, give it a headline, something that defines what I'm going to write and then what I want to keep the journal to memorize.  How I start with this depends strongly on the subject and a strategy for me to learn or do.

Usually if I need to air out some feelings through writing, I’ll just go work on a story. It’s more fun than straight up listening to my problems when I go to reread stuff.

I do not my mind is pretty much just cars and more cars what would I even be writing in it to begin with? Today I thought about my car again I decided to check her oil level then go for a spin. When I arrived home I gave her a thorough cleansing, I mean again why would I write a diary.
