Yeah, he is an anti-hero but then so is Wolverine and everyone considers him a hero.

Probably Captain America.  After that Spidey and Wolverine both come in at a close second.  I would have said Spidey was my favorite, but man oh man he's been in a lot of dumb stories over the years in both comic books and other media, and they've really hurt his character in the process (One More Day, The Clone Saga, Spiderman 3, etc.).
