Most crazy dream(s)?

What is the absolute most craziest dream you have ever had?

Mine would most likely be a dream I had a few weeks back.

So basically I was at my old primary school except it was populated by characters of cartoons, video games and fandom's I like. But there was a twist. Somebody was a mentally insane psycho killer. I kept finding dead bodies, and then after a while, something struck me in the back. I saw a familiar pink pony standing over my corpse before waking up.

...aaaaaaAAAAAND that was my story.

Tell me your crazy dreams!

I have had all sorts of weird / horrible dreams, I dreamt once I was on a beach with some people, all the water went from the sea and I looked up, there was a huge tsunami coming our way, it was too big to be real, it was litreally touching the clouds. I have also had dreams of being film characters as well xD  I dream very vividly every night, its almost impossible too distinguish.

That I was on Titanic or something like that and the ship was sinking. I could see everything breaking apart. They details were magnificent. All the splinters were detailed and the people falling detailed. However, I grabbed onto something that might let me float. Then some kind of oil thingy or magma like fell into the sea and the sea turned red and pretty much turned into lava. I somehow knew the sea was hot, even after the lava disappeared a few minutes later, becoming normal water again since the sea was steaming. Then I fell off and into the sea, but I was alright. I then somehow managed to swim ashore and found some captain from another ship by the shore and I alerted him of what had happened and I could see his big ship behind a large rock in the sea. Then the dream ended. It was so realistic for me since many things were logical, however, the lava sea was the only part that seemed highly illogical to me.

Well, there's the one that I've mentioned many times (probably on this forum) about me being pregnant, about to deliver, and my mind having created a boyfriend/fiance out of nothing to fill the role of the dad. xD To make it crazier, an ominous black figure (think Maleficent or that villain from Samurai Jack) came out of the middle of nowhere chasing after me all throughout a city... Still in a wheelchair. Lol.

What in the world was that, and what in the world does it even mean? xD

Then there's disturbing dreams, which I've had no shortage of in recent times. They happen the most when I take short naps. I had one this morning. I just lost a very precious dog whom I was very close to. I wondered when the dreams/nightmares would start.

Well, let me say this was a strange one. He had already passed away in this dream. So no 'dream visit'. =( Instead, the dream involved me being delusional... Or me seeing ghosts. This was seriously a story of a dream, not just the random kind of dream I'm used to. He kept on appearing in front of me, but I was the only one who could see him. And it was messing with my emotional state, and I could not figure out whether I was losing it, or if it was actually a ghost form of him visiting (of which, I do not believe in ghosts, and acknowledged that in the dream.). He'd appear in front of me in my mom's room where he always used to be, and my parents would be there with me and I'd be screaming and crying "There he is!" but they couldn't see him.. And then whatever it was - a delusion or a spirit - he would fade away.

My mind likes to do things like this to me... Put salt in the wound. At one point in the dream I literally can not say whether I was in the dream or awake, because that part happened with me laying on my bed, like I was when I went to bed. But I felt something hit the bed, and I thought it was him. (Understand, I sleep in my room with my door closed. My parents or other dogs do not come in. This was very weird, if it actually happened)

These dreams can really mess with my emotional state.

I wonder if I've ever had a normal dream...

Well, once I was chased by Teletubbies to the church (yeah, laugh, that was a nightmare!). It's worth to mention I never see dreams from my own perspective, I watch them like movies. So they run into the church and then Tinky-Winky gets out through another exit. He tries to escape other Teletubbies which now chase him (I don't know what happened to me) so he jumps through the window to old Fiat 126p and rides to... the graveyard. Then I woke up. It was a nightmare for me, I was a kid back then. And I still remember their black, scary eyes.

Another time I was living in a house in my home village with Son Goku and Vegeta, who happened to be Goku's father (don't ask me why).  He resembled my grandfather so I thought about him like one. He was a terrible parent, he would never let me and Goku go anywhere further than a fence. We were upset, but somehow I found out I have the power of chameleon (yeah, that's how I called it) and I can turn invisible. So we took my true father's old green motorbike (which would not work in real world) and I made us invisible. Unluckily it was so loud that Vegeta heard it and I woke up when we were trying to escape on that roaring motorbike.

And once I died. I was underwater in a lake with many other people. There was a whale too (it was a big lake), which was wagging its tail and thus, creating foam. Many guys entered this foam, we didn't see what happened too them and then they emerged as only skeletons. I was ordered to enter too. And, of course, I died there. I was then a lonely soul and I tried to jump out of a lake but I wasn't able to.

I used to have plenty like those, but since I moved to another room few years ago, almost all dreams stopped (I just can't remember them).

"Dolphin War Vet"
I was working (I suppose) in some semi-futuristic facility whose primary purpose seemed to be storage and possibly transportation of goods.  It was at least suggested that said facility might be in the air and / or of a military nature, but you know how dreams constantly change their minds.  There were some fairly boring parts where I just talked to people (slacking off, no doubt), but my subconscious soon introduced conflict.  We were hijacked by armed men in ski masks that I assume were looking for something aboard our maybe aerial maybe military storage / delivery facility.  I unwittingly sauntered up to our hijackers and was forced to give up the handgun that the dream just then decided I had.  Not even secured by a proper shoulder holster or anything; it was just between my shirt and jacket (I was wearing a jacket).  But I digress.
So that sucked, but I had a plan!  Or at least the illusion of a plan.  I was going to use some pool to restore energy to these special implants in my legs.  Insert presumed past injury and fancy not-real surgery here.  There was some kid (who had no place in this facility and was kind of a dick, to be honest) who was already using the pool for something and wouldn't straight out tell me what.  I guess I was concerned there might be a dangerous animal lurking in the pool, and though the water was quite clear, simply glancing downward and seeing for myself would not suffice.  Eventually I learned that there was an injured war vet dolphin in the pool.  No idea why the kid was so secretive about it, but he's not real so forget him.  Slowly, I lowered myself into the pool and began to communicate with the dolphin via telepathy.  An ability granted me, no doubt, by my snazzy and completely unrealistic leg implants.  Now in real life I strongly dislike dolphins.  A dislike that verges on loathing.  But I was all complimentary and stuff, "You're such a beautiful animal."  Blah.  I may have even thanked him for his service.  Not sure.
So the dolphin thing happened.  Then the dream tested out an over-the-top action sequence where I, with the apparent aid of my superpowered, revitalized legs, went bouncing off the walls of a metallic hallway like a crazed frog whilst effortlessly dodging gunfire.  My subconscious decided the scene didn't fit and scrapped the idea altogether.  There was a depressing bit later where rows of bodies were unceremoniously laid out in grisly rows.  I thought I recognized a coworker with whom I might have been friends.  Bummer.  And then the dream terminated in my clumsy attempt to record some nudie reality TV show on what may have been an old tube TV and a VCR.  What marvels the future doth hold!  End.

I had a dream once about an alien invasion that was fought against... by a schoolchild riding an upgradeable lawnmower. x3 I think it was meant to be a game, since I can remember a cursor picking up and placing the lawnmower at one point. o.o

Weird is haveing a bad dream, whats worse is haveing its sequal...

A long time ago i had a dream where as a normal kid i found myself in this extremely creepy place/castle/mansion/something... Anyway in it this cult like order and i was with a group of initiates/fighters and we had to fight these really bizzar creaturs and in the first dreem i failed most horrably, got my ass kicked, enimy was so fast i couldnt see them

This was a couple of years ago but one i remember (im good at remembering most of my dreems)

Last night i found myself in the same place, only this time i find out that my dream mother (not my real one) is a part of this cult and she gave me something that literally turned my blood black and this time i could see the monsters and i could hurt and kill them.

In an odd way, it was something i would expect to find in an anime and it felt like fighting Hollows from Bleach

And thats tame compaired to some. Ive got one that ill never forget... And it happened 3 days before it became reality... For the whole world.

Ya im one of those who dreamed 9-11-01 before it happened

My Grandmother had those pre-cognitions, and ive been told i have the same gift. Doesnt always work, i havent had one in a long time

Woo, I'd just love to be able to explain the crazy dream I had about a week ago, but I can't because explanations of dreams only make sense to the dreamer. They simply cannot be put into words that accurately describe the dream.

There was one I had a while ago that I can remember clear as day.

I remember being by myself, and the skies were turning grey. People were screaming and running. Then, I began to hear 'Once upon a dream' from Lana Del Rey. Someone in a black hood was singing the song and he was looking for me. I bumped into my friend somehow and he pulled me to safety. Bizarrely, hiding in the shadows worked.

The song sometimes shifted pitch, either up or down by 1% and everytime the man in the hood got closer, the skies got darker and the song distorted. Eventually, he found me and the stop stopped suddenly and there was a loud *thud* sound of a big drum. I was running, but it felt like I was underwater, so I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

And to sum it up, I started hearing the sound of 'metal screeches' (Like you'd hear in a horror movie. It sounds like a gate opening but reverbed and distorted) and it got louder, and the figure just ran to me at god knows kilometres/miles per hour, screaming. As soon as he got to me, I woke up. I never had such dream in my life.

I had quite an unusual dream a few nights ago. I don't know how but I was walking alongside a highway after separating from a group, and my cousins from Houston pulled up in their car and I got in and went home with them ^_^ Strange....especially considering I never really have dreams  They're extremely rare!

  • 7 years later...

I used to always have dreams about sentient tornadoes chasing me. Like I would hide from them in my old house's basement, and they would find me, so then I would run straight into them to end the nightmare. I've also had dreams where I would flap my arms up and down and start flying like that. Super weird.
